Collection O 15498 Sea Horizon Resort - Hotel in Baga - North Goa, India

First and foremost the staff who works in the hotel are liars, as we had a group booking, than to we didn't get the allocated rooms to us, and apart from that, the visitors who visited after us got rooms in the same hotel, and the staff was giving non sense excuses to us, the worst guest treatment, no availability of hot water, no hygiene maintained in rooms, swimming pool maintenance was not proper, Limited options in breakfast. Overall a poor service served by the hotel staff.

No rooms alloted even after doing advance booking .Your booked rooms will be given to other new people coming for asking availability of rooms charging them extra money .No proper guest treatment . The staff will argue with you proving themselves true . Limited food items served for breakfast .The policies of the hotel change as per the staff decision.No hygiene maintained . Swimming pool was not maintained. NO LIGHTS IN STAIR case .Water wastage . Overall very worst hotel stay experience.

Guys never book here. I have booked my stay in advance and got it confirmed. When i reached property they denied check saying no rooms available. They are just behind money. They dont care of any advanced booking. If some go there and pay extra money they will allot the room for them. I just want to ask all booking partners to remove this property from their list. Big time cheaters. Please guys never book or recommend this place to any one. I am traveller. I have never faced this kind of issue any where else. So please stay away from these guys

One of the very best resort,worth money ,very near to calungate beach and Baga beach .all restaurant near by. Excellent clean service. At very nice location . Staff is very friendly . All will help u as they can . Swimming pool is great and have filter water on daily basis. Best room with ac,balcony, freezer, swimming pool.very secure and safety. Nice place for couples . Greener place ,clean air , restaurant tie up.

Location is really good. The resort was value for money. The price was not too low not too high. It was at a decent distance from Baga and calangute beach. Moreover the taste of the food they served was really good. There is some scope of improvement in the way they have the fittings of the bathroom.It was way too small.

The Lobby, restaurant and rooms were absolutely beautiful. Top notch service as well. Will definitely be back for my business needs. Fantastic location.Attention to detail was impeccable.My trip was a quick one, but had I know the hotel would have been so delightful, I might have stayed longer and looked into the spa. Perhaps next time.

One of the bad experience in my holiday stay here. Rooms were spacious and had Air condition. Maintained very badly, poor cleanliness all the room was dusty and room service not available. Staff Not at all friendly. Not even drinking water was provided. Towels, soap n shampoo were provided upon asking. No complimentary breakfast. Stayed only for one night.

I booked 9 rooms in which I got only 7 rooms. And then the owner of the property started arguing with me n said tht u can search for other hotel, coz he was getting the high tarrif from the new visitors where I booked the rooms a month prior and well in advance . I went to the reception by 2.00pm for check-in and they gave me the rooms by 5.00 pm and that too only 7 rooms. So please check the hotel rooms before you proceed to the hotelthat whether the rooms are booked only for you and not for others.
