1) The hotel did not provide drinking water which is a basic quality of hospitality. 2) The restaurant staff seemed confused almost always. Tea was provided after an hour. Good decision on not allowing outside food. 3) When it rained, the water seeped in through the windows and formed a pond on the floor. You may wanna consider placing a life jacket for extremely bad days. 4) The lift's soothing tone of warning the user that the door is open also kept my eyes open all night.

This hotel staff especially the reception guys have an attitude problem. they can't speak with the customer well. as if they are doing favour by allowing us the room for free. as if we are not paying them, coming to ask them for a free stay. I understand you have to follow up the security protocol but there is a way to ask anyone. speccially in hotel Industry if you cannot speak well with customer them you are not fit to be called as a person from hospitality field...

1) Room and Hotel are neat & clean. 2) Complementary break fast was good and tasty. 3) Behavior of all staff nice and polite. 4) Booked a room for three occupancy but hotelier provide us double occupancy room and an extra mattress on floor treated as an extra guest. It's legally wrong and objectionable. 5) No drinking glass or water jug provided. 6)No dressing mirror in room. 7)Outside any food and drinks are strictly prohibited. 8)Notice displaying, Drinking Alcohol & smoking are not permitted and punishable of a fine RS.500. But in internet specification was Alcohol allowable, contradictory??? 9)A C was not working so I have to change 3 times different room. 10) The third Room ( 312) Mixture tap was not working and broken so no shower to use. 11) There's no platform in the washroom to keep Saving Kit, tooth brush,paste, and other things. Hotel was overall manageble.

Worst hotel and worst Oyo... Rooms are dripping water. Alot of insects in the bed and room. Washroom is like public toilet. All rooms are same i even asked to change. No facility at all. Service is worst. Staff don't care about the customer and talk like anything.

Worest experience, I felt bad with OYO for this booking on 24th Sep, I have booked OYO rooms too many times in diff cities all were good but this one is worest. 1. Room is not fully cleaned. 2. Room look species but the things looks like they temporary. Check pics 3. I think it looks like bedsheet also they didn't change. 4. Pillows are too old. 5. Near to sink it looks dirty. 6. You have to see cubboards, it's not opening fully. 7. Most of the tv channels haven't subscribed. But best thing is it's walkable to busstop. Overall Okay that's it.

I had stayed 3 nights here. Worst experience .no vehicle parking. Poor maintenance. Even though it's complimentary breakfast package they have not provided. Not changed the bedsheets & towels in entire 3 days. Wash hand basin water is not draining. Doormat is of plastic made and not obsorbing water. Atleast no working table provided. And finally nobody's is knowing telugu(as it is in telugu speaking state)

Not good room was small & not up to the mark. I booked flagships in other cities too but this hotel totally dissappointed me. 1 bed was too old & noisy. 2 no clean linens 3 Curtains were dirty 4 Pillows smelled like hell 5 washroom was too dirty & no proper taps. 6 Asked for oyo bathroom kit not provided. 7 Staff was making noises like hell at night 3.30am 8 I booked for three the receptionist was denying for that had to convince him for allowing my family in. Not expected from oyo. Too disappointing

The particular place was opened a year ago, being a new property of OYO, the rooms were much neater and cleaner comparetively to other OYO properties in hyderabad. The washrooms were spacious and clean too. Earlier they didnt had inhouse restaurant or food service, however you the services are available now. Staff was friendly . The location was easily acccessible, it was near to "Arvind Eye hospital" . You can always find the landmarks easily.
