Doubt about Spy Camera in this hotel...it may be recorded you...please be careful. Under a provision in the IT act, placing cameras in toilets, bedrooms and other places where people are assumed to have privacy, irrespective of whether the recorded footage is used or not, could be considered a criminal act. When a CCTV camera is placed in a public space, for security reasons, it is not an issue. Once they have placed a notice stating that a security camera exists, they have told the public about the existence of a camera. What is done with the collected data, and how long the information can be retained, would have regulations when a law comes into existence for the same. It's a pathetic hotel. They don't provide the facilities which they mentioned on the various apps. There was no ventilation in our room. Light fluctuations starts from 10 a.m. and lasts long till you get frustrated. The staff will tell you that the problem is happening that day only but we stayed there for 2 days and faced the issue twice in the same time duration. They didn't provide us hot water instead they provided heating coil to heat water. Breakfast system is too much pathetic . DON'T PAY EXTRA AMOUNT FOR BREAKFAST. They will provide you a plate of poha, kachori and one cup tea. That's it. They don't have their own kitchen. They bring breakfast from outside and provide you. I'm giving 2 stars. One for the receptionist who was kind and another for it's much lower price. Suggestion for OYO - Kindly visit your own hotels and check all the conditions. Service like this is defaming your status. Suggestion for Hotel Owner - Kindly close your hotel for some days and renovate it, appoint more staffs and then reopen it. P.S.- I don't want to defame your hotel but I'm telling the reality so that in future other customers won't get disappointed with your service and you will get a chance to change the situation.

Overall it was a okay experience. The bathroom needs some repair and the bed, bedsheet, towels should be twice checked by everyone to check if they have kept the used once. Staff are friendly and impolite at same time. Some basic customer relationship skills have to be taught to them.

The ambience wasn't good at all. The hotel didn't have any good service. No power sockets were working , the toilets were not cleaned and also leaking. No washroom utilities were provided to us.

Staff behaviour was not well. Dirty wahsroom Power fluctuations was too much in a day No drinking water facility we have to pay extra for drinking water Even they asked u the laundry charge 150 for bedsheet cleaning

The hotel here is very good and clean room, the service is also good, the staff is helping.

Fabulous and comfortable place to stay in, rooms r very specious, fully equipped,with best service provided. I adored the experience I Recommend it

It's a horrible place. Really man. It's totally different from how is described in images. Plus not maintain hospitality. And only available 2 minutes vali Meggy for breakfast.
