Collection O 10453 Hotel Paradise - Hotel in Shirdi - Ahmednagar, India

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel recently, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. I can't recall a worse hotel experience in my life. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an unfriendly and unhelpful staff. It's as if they were trained in the art of being inhospitable. The state of disrepair in this place was shocking. The elevator was out of order, and when I inquired about it, I was told that it's only meant for transporting goods. What kind of hotel restricts its guests from using the elevator? It's like they want you to lug your luggage up the stairs just to make your arrival as unpleasant as possible. Speaking of unpleasant, the rooms were a whole other level of horror. The term "dirty" doesn't even begin to describe them. It was like stepping into a nightmare where cleanliness and hygiene were alien concepts. The carpets were stained, the walls had mysterious smudges, and the bedding looked like it hadn't seen a washing machine in years. The washroom was even worse - it was a breeding ground for bacteria and grime. I wouldn't have dared to use the shower, let alone set foot in there without shoes on. And don't even get me started on housekeeping - or the lack thereof. It's as if they took pride in not cleaning the rooms. I saw no evidence of anyone attempting to make the rooms habitable after the previous guests checked out. Trash was left untouched, and the floors seemed to accumulate more dirt with each passing day. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a distressing and infuriating experience. I would strongly advise against anyone subjecting themselves to the horror that is this establishment. It's a shame that a place like this even exists in the hospitality industry. Save yourself the trouble and choose literally any other option for accommodation - it couldn't possibly be worse than what I endured at this hotel.

While the outer ambience looks great and hotel rooms are meant to have great luxury, they are NOT MAINTAINED WELL. No clean beds, AC doesn't work. We shifted from one room to another as AX was not working and in the second room also AC wasn't fully functional. Walls having seepages. Taps not running with water at right speed. Water Leakages causing water flow all the time. nO hot water in room, but the staff gave us immersion rod for water heating. My overall experience for a collection O has been terrible.

Reception and service is dead slow. They will say 5 mins but would take forever to respond. Didnt give the booked room because we booked through oyo and gave non ac room which is tooo small for 3 ppl, but paid for 3 ppl online. They said they will change the room after 11am as it is check in time, but that didnt happen and we checkd out by that time. Dont book this place, if you are looking for cleanliness. It is barely clean. No geyser, no AC, bedsheets are stained and room has musty smell. Book at your own risk! Dont fall for words of reception guy!

We booked the room for the whole day but couldn't stay more than few hours. I was scratching my back for more than an hour because of the bed. This was hard to find and far from the temple. And the bathrooms were slightly untidy. I remember paying 700/- for hotels like this just 2 years back. Having said that I appreciated that the receptionist checked us in at 1 AM.

Horrible experience.. would never recommend oyo.. please use Agoda instead

I really liked the ambience of the hotel and how it is secluded from the rest of the city. It gives a peace of mind to people who travel especially with their companions. Highly recommended for couples. The charge of the hotel is very nominal too and the cleanliness was at par with big hotels. Not to mention the service which was simply excellent.

* It was very close the Sai Baba temple and they have a shuttle service which runs every 5-10mnts. Plus their breakfast is really outstanding. We enjoyed the breakfast spread both the variety as well as the taste. We also enjoyed our dinner when we ordered A la carte. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really loved this property and would definitely stay there when ever we go to Shirdi.

Very convenient location. Just a 6-8 mins walk from the main temple. Plenty of parking. Clean rooms and bathroom. There was aircon. Fresh linen. The breakfast was sumptuous. The Manager was very efficient and the staff are well trained. Room service was prompt as well. We stayed for one night so we could take in Shejarti and Kakad arati the next morning. Lovely stay!I would certainly recommend it and come back to this again.
