Colive Plano: It is the worst place to stay. So, here it goes, I booked a room, i.e., room no 328 on the third floor. At the time of moving in, the management informed me that room no 328 is occupied, and I was allotted a different room i.e., room no 212. Here comes the issue. Firstly, the service promised at the time of booking was not delivered. Secondly, the allotted room was much smaller, unhygienic, and had safety issues. So, after 25 days of tussling with the Colive team and filing a complaint at the consumer court. They finally returned my money. Also, it is important to note that the salesperson (Mr. Chanda) who assisted me in doing the booking knew that room 328 was already occupied. He did not disclose the details and double-booked the room. All these problems could have been avoided if he was honest about the non-availability of the room. The customer service at Colive is the worst. Nobody responds to your queries. They do not reply back to your email. The customer care executive would not pick up your calls. Having said that, I cannot deny that the Community Manager of the Property was extremely helpful. He was the one who always responded to my calls and messages. He really helped me in getting my money back. So here is what I have learned: firstly, do not believe the sales team of Colive, as they are simply working to meet their month-end targets. And secondly, most importantly, do not make a payment, unless and until you have seen the rooms. The sales team will come up with all possible stories to make you pay without having seen the room. But DO NOT PAY. Also, the picture of the room in the Colive app is deceiving. I have shared the actual pictures of the room.

Pls pls don't go for this pg. Worst ever pg i have visited in Bangalore. Salesman Cheated my friend. If you are going for this pg you have to pay Rent along with electricity bill nd wifi charges also

The worst place to live and a nighmare of my life. So i was living in colive plano from last three months and i had taken a whole room, no roommate was there. During this stay of 3 months, i had faced multiple issues for which regularly i raised tickets but no resolution was provided, listing down some of critical issues below for everyone's reference- 1. Quality of food - The food quality is not good, waterish dal is served everytime with half cooked chapati. 2. Unhygienic kitchen - The place where food is kept is totally unhealthy and unhygienic, you can see cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen area and even at the food stands. 3. Lack of basic amenities in room - A) Room has an AC but without remote, so everytime either it will run on full power or you don't use it. B) in place of 4 curtains, only two were there in room, had raised service request also but that was also of no use. Manager kept saying whenever it would come we will give. C) No bed sheets were there in room, only mattress and bed For all above three things , one can manage which i also had to do. 4. Security concerns - The main locks of your rooms are like bathroom locks, so you cannot depend on those locks for your valuables. Any random room key with some small tickling can open your room's door for others. I had experienced this on my first day at colive where the person living beside my room had forgot his room key and asked for my room key to open his room, and to my surprise it got unlocked. I highlighted the issue to management through a service request as well, but it got closed without any resolution. 5. Last month RO purifier was serviced here, and the guy who serviced it interchanged the waste water outlet with the pure one, this was later bought up by many colive residents after which it got sorted. Now the main reason why it's a nightmare for me I raised the notice period on oct 31 as per colive policy to vacate the room by nov 25 and had my rent as well. Due to my personal work i was not in colive from last 20 days and today i came to Bangalore to stay in colive as i had this till nov 25. To my surprise when i opened the room with my key what i saw was some other guy was in my room with his luggage and all my belongings were no where to be seen and he was told by the manager and sales team that some lady used to live here who ran away. Post that i took him to the colive manager and he was giving reasons that my room was showing vacant in his app so he alloted it to someone. Immediately i called to colive customer service using the SOS functionality but there also it was of no help, the guy on other line talked to the manager and disconnected the call saying he will call back in sometime. Post that the manager made me talked to their sales guy names keshav, who arrogantly told me that he can do whatever he wants since i had raised the notice period. This type of behaviour is not acceptable and his highly unprofessional. Now i had collected by all belongings which manager and his staff had packed without my consent and kept in their room, i am still unsure about whether all my belongings are there or something is stolen. Currently despite paying rent of 20k in colive, i had live in a hotel today. Had raised this issue to colive authority but i am in hope of not getting any positive response, will be reaching out to consumer forum surely once i sort what is the total loss because of all this ruckus of the property manager and sales guy. Currently i am so much concerned and disturbed about what happened with me today. Had posted this review for you guys to be aware of such fraudulent people who make policies on their own and are just running businesses for looting money without services.

It's was great place to stay here..... The rooms are clean and neat... It has improved lotss . Cleaning is perfect .. good service

Stay away from this PG! It's an absolute scam. They rush you through the booking process and don't even provide real footage of the rooms. I trusted someone named Rohini from Colive and she was helpful until I made the payment. After that, she ignored my messages and calls. When I visited the PG the next day, it was nothing like the video they showed, infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. They just want your money and don't care about your experience. The person already staying in the room said they weren't leaving anytime soon, but they still made me book it. Don't be fooled by this scam, guys! Avoid it at all costs.

This pg is for boys , the pg is near the metro station , so that the transportation is excellent if you are staying in this pg , the staff behaviour is also very good , the rates of pg are not to low and not to high , anyone can live here easily on monthly basis as well as yearly basis . Food is also provided by the pg , quality of food is good according to price
