This hotel was a major letdown. The room was filthy, the staff shortage was noticeable, and the location wasn't easily found on Google Maps. Complimentary breakfast meant just bread and tea. You can only enter through an elevator. The place had a shady vibe, and the room was a dust-ridden disaster with broken ceilings, mirrors, and even mosquitoes. No hot water, and they didn't refund the full amount. It's hands down the worst hotel I've been to. The photos are deceptive, and it's overpriced. Avoid it.

The staff were fantastic. The room was not cheap. Did not get hot water to shower with on both mornings that I stayed there. Found the room tiny in size for the price that I payed.

The staff is courteous and helpful. The room and the attached bathroom are small. But considering that this is in Mumbai and the budget, it is alright. However, cleanliness can be improved. The ambience has a heavy smell. Also, a dedicated space for breakfast will be a good touch. Having food inside small rooms is inconvenient.

Pretty average hotel. Rooms are very small. Breakfast is as good as nothing.

The room was disgusting! Very dirty. You could see footprints on the floor where other people walked! The property is shortly staffed, the rooms are in poor condition and everything is very dirty. Room location can't find on Google map, Complimentary breakfast only bread and tea. The hotel entry point only lift no stairs is there.

First of all the hotel is very much shady, the elevator goes to the 5th floor which is the only entrance. The room was not clean and full of dust. We booked the hotel for 4 days and I couldn't stay even for an hour. They didn't refund the full amount, no hot water, dirty handles, broken ceiling, broken mirrors, mosquitoes and so on. They also only offer 'tea' for breakfast even though we've included breakfast at the time of booking. Worst hotel I've ever been to.

I booked this hotel because of the location. The location was so good that most of the tourist spots are near and also the best place for shopping. I saw the photos on the website and was a bit disappointed as they are smaller than in the photos. But the check-in was easy and felt a bit safe in this hotel even though the looks of the hotel doesn't seem to be. The Receptionist Zunaid was really courteous and gave me a lot of suggestions for me as I am new here. Also made sure that I am safe. As a solo traveler, I felt this way.
