We hired Royals for Muunar Kodai and ooty trip a long one for 8 days. Very disappointed with the below things but I sincerely appreciate Mr Prakash who understood our situation and tried to manage it. 1. Our driver Mr Murugan(vehicle 2355) speaks very harshly in Tamil language as he feels we don't understand it. 2. Decides on his own to change route or sight seeing areas. 3.constant complaints as my parent wasn't quick enough to slide into the car no manners to talk to elders 4. Asked my mother to book tempo traveller as she was bit obese. Disgusting behaviour for any man of his age to speak to a mother in this manner. 5. Not interested to stop at shopping areas makes u feel extremely uncomfortable, rude behaviour and horrible person and the list is on 6. Halts at hotels which are not hygienic inspite of knowing the area well. Though Mr Prakash took right action words spoil the mood of vacation and lost one whole day in ooty. We pay lacs to plan such trips and there is always an excitement that should not be ruined. Kindly teach your driver manners and respect our time and money. It is not just your loss very heavy losses for us too.
Had nice experience for hiring car for Kodai trip. Honest and professional agency. Vehicle was neat and clean. Driver Mr Mani was expert and also familiar with all the roads and easy to deal with.
We went on a trip to Ooty-Coonoor and had a wonderful experience with our driver(Subash). He covered all the sight seeing places, even helped us with more experiences then mentioned in package.

Royal Travels is very professional and on time in providing service. Driver Raghul was very polite and knowledgeable. He took us to all tourist spots in Ooty and Coonoor. I recommend this travel.
The driver Mr. Ramesh and the Innova car which we used to travel to Munnar from Coimbatore was excellent. But we went through Royal travels, coimbatore taxi whose service was not good. No proper response from the office. Driver was not informed about my payment mode. Poor planning of itinerary. They don't even communicate things properly. Overall the driver and the cab who was from a different travel agency were good. Otherwise service of Royal travels is very poor.
Great experience travelling with Royal Travels, Mr Sarvanan was a great companion and assured our journey was smooth and comfortable. We booked for 6 days from Coiambtore.
