Just step in for a good supportive consultation, with less medicine use and responsive actions to the baby's cues. Hats off to the doctor for his kindness and approach towards the kids while consulting. The in-person and video consultations were extremely comfortable, and the time he gave us to clarify the queries was the most satisfying.

This is such a good hospital, i have a 1 yr old baby and i m visiting continuously to this place, for every vaccine and general check up, its strange to read negative comments for this hospital, 1. Dr is really friendly and calm, he is very open to all questions and doubts the best part he never advertises or recommends any specific products in the market 2. The hospital setup is clean and neat, and almost all the drugs are available there itself , easy to pay also there is no confusions 3. Token system is the only option there are no appointments , and i feel thats the right thing because its 1st come 1st serve basis 4. Waiting room is spacious however the only suggestion i could give with varying infections an contact illness we bring children even simply for check up being amidst of sick children is a little scary ...so any alternative could be made for the same Its easy to say worst things and comments. Below in a comment they had mentioned no temperature they r taking , they are checking with a non contact infrared thermometer pls understand and know things before u comment

The doctor - Karthik is very rude. Not patience to listen to our queries. He was rushing for other works. Totally waste of paying RS. 450 consultation fee. Can learn how to treat his patients from DR.Senthil from RS hospital.

Please Don visit this clinic, very worst and very rude. They can't able to answer or attend the emergency call on required. Very arrogant and please avoid this clinic and choose another best in Coimbatore. Doctor nurses and everyone in this are thinking they came from heaven by treating and the questioning.

I visited first time to this hospital and I had very worst experience ever had. Waiting time is almost 2 hours and the token they will issue before 2 hours the doctor comes and we need to take our baby to take the token which is very worst. The doctor is not friendly and he is very hurry in sending us out without proper diagnosis. My baby had high fever the doctor never checked the temperature, he just gave the prescription. As soon as we entered our house with in 5 mins my baby got Fitz. We took him again to hospital and ask them to check it. But they were very cool and not properly responding to us. I would recommend don't take your kid if anything needs to be check immediately and also the hospital has to improve their service in a good manner. Change the token system. The just check the height and weight for the babies, checking temperature is not important?? We may ask us revisit hospital again after 2,3 days within 2,3 days height and weight will be changed? It may up and down of 100 to 200 GM's weight but definitely height won't be increased. I strongly recommend to change the token system and have a friendly behaviour.

Worst experience ever ... came here with my 10 month old baby and she's severely suffering from improper breathing . We reached here at 12:30 AM and we waited till 3:30Pm but he had other commitments so he went leaving all other patients abandoned .... no response and no caring about the patients ... nothing

I've been visiting this hospital for 1 year and yesterday my son had fever and cold and was not well so we called the clinic at 7.45pm and again at 8.10pm and told we will come around 8.30pm . They told they will issue token only till 8.30pm, they informed of coming after 8.30pm can check with the doctor and issue token. We reached the reception at 8.32pm and the nurses told its past 8.30 and they cannot issue the token and when asked to check with doctor after 10mins waiting they told they have checked with doctor and he has appointment till 9.30 pm and 5 video calls till 10pm so we cannot give treatment and asked us to go to Ramakrishna if necessary Don't we know to go there ! why are we coming here ? It's really not a professional way of treating, they could have told us 30mins back that we cannot consult pls look another doctor instead we wasted 1hr going there I will not recommend Anyone going there on emergencies . Here after I will not go there even for regular checkup because of this. Reply to your comment: Who told we came at 9pm ? Check your cctv footage we are there exactly at 8.32 and if you are not giving token after 8.30 then why committing that can check with the doctor and give appointment Don't give false statements that we came At 9pm we know at wat time we came

My 3 year old son Jagan has been suffering from allergic bronchitis for a long time. We tried a lot of places, but his symptoms took very long to get better, during each episode. Now after seeing Karthick sir, he is feeling way better. His symptoms tend to fade out quick and he gets back to normal soon. Dr Karthick sir explains each and every medicine he is giving my son, as to why he is giving and how the medicine will act. I'm forever grateful for his treatment and guidance. Also, I see a lot of negative comments about the front desk. I don't know y they have such an opinion. I'm going there regularly and the front desk sisters talk to me so well. They are polite and kind. I have had no issues with them.. Akila Jaikumar
