I booked innova crysta for my trip from Coimbatore to Trivandrum. The Driver was from is from Ooty, he was polite and discipline. We had a good time.

Boot space not enough for 2 nos bigger size travel trolley bags. Bags kept by putting one on another bags. Which makes small dent on bags.

We got the worst bus. 1. Unclean, 2. broken boot space door our luggage fell down while climbing 10th hair pin bend driver didn't notice even other vehicle drivers gave warning he didn't care about it. 3. while closing window glass in Sims park it hurts one of the travellers finger and glass came out. This bus reminds us of the movie "sundara travels". At least it will allow you to choose the right one in your trip plan.

I have booked a round trip for two days Pickup: From coimbatore to Ooty. Drop: From Ooty to coimbatore. Travel date: 28-05-2022 & 29-05-2022 I have paid advance Rupees 1650 to Savaari to confirm the booking a day before traveling. I had confirmation from Savaari regarding the same. Next day I have received a message from driver regarding the trip. I called him to discuss about the pickup time and place. He asked me to cancel the trip on Savaari. I asked why I want to cancel? He said to avoid the commission amount for Savaari. I said NO. He picked up an airport at 11.15AM and he asked cash 1500 to fill up the fuel on his car. Then he forced me to cancel the trip at middle of the journey he blackmailed me due to reason I was cancelled the trip. He dropped at hotel in Ooty and he collected Rs 1500 again the same day. I went to room to refresh suddenly the driver moved out from hotel. I called his mobile, he replied "I came for Workshop". I believed but he didn't come again to hotel and he got a new customer at Ooty and he went to Coimbatore to drop them. The driver cheated my money and entire happiness. After Marriage this is first time I am coming with my wife. Note: He had drive at left hand only because the right hand is physical disabled. We really shocked during the journey we didn't note him before starts it. I have a details about money transfer to driver number through G-pay, call recording about the trip cancellation and his chatting. Please don't pay to driver before or during the journey.

Never ever book them for outstation trip. I had pathetic experience for Coimbatore to Ooty drop. 1. After paying initial.advance amt. which is compulsory the driver called and asked 300rs extra in night itself. Next day morning we had to leave so I said yes... 2. Next shock was dirty Hatchback vehicle though they said Sedan 3. Driving was worsenin hair pin bends and Vehicle had an issue so he wanted to shift us to another vehicle in coorg. We objected and he took us Somehow to our resort in Ooty. I told their Customer care nad they just sent a cop paste response that they will.improve next time. AVOID SAVAARI AT ALL COSTS.

I have used savaari on a number of occasions and have mostly never been disappointed. On my latest trip I again used their services and it was a pleasing experience. Even though sometimes their rates might be on the higher side as compared to other vendors but since the driver and car quality, both are good I do not mind giving a little extra. As it's worth it.
