I met Alok Banka for the eat problem, i had loy of infection and discharge for many years. Doctor cleaned both the ear, there was damage to the eardrum. He gave some medicines, lets hope for the best now. Wonderful doctor with great clinical expertise

Best and reliable doctors, very efficient staffs. Dr. Alok id good, he is an endoscopic sinus surgeon. Treated my sinus completely. He also treated my son adenoid problem.

I am a regular visitor at cogent care dude to mulple ENT and gynaecology issues for my extended family members. My genuine experience is both doctors are really good and efficient, staffs are on their toes and cooperative. Only issue is that doctors timings are very limited. Alok dod ear surgery for my wire, she had ear discharge and hearing loss. He did microscopeic ear surgery for her which was successful and she can hear me well. Very punctual and humble doctors, strongly recommend

The purpose of a doctor is to ensure patients are receiving the best possible care which is not even a 1% with Mr.Alok Banka. Medication is a second thing but he was not even interested or tolerant enough to hear the patient regarding the illness or the severity. My mother was in unbearable pain so was the reason to check for a nearest ENT and unfortunately we came across this doctor specialist Mr. Alok Banka with 20years of experience.His reviews are clearly fake I can say that with our experience. My mother was already checked for ear and dental and was redirected to ENT because of the pain killers not soothing her pain for more than 2 hours. And this doctor Mr. Alok who charged Rs 550/- did not even give us 2min . He seemed to be in a rush to complete his appointments at Cogent Care and go to his next clinic. Gave us general medicine for cold and throat infection when she we telling him she's having unbearable pain crying. Wasted our money and effort to travel to this fake reviewed doctor. He recklessly suggested us to get admitted in any hospital for an injection if there's so much pain and was not even trying to help our mother. We had a terrible experience at this doctor. He was rude and unhelpful and will never ever recommend him. He was prescribing pain killers and suggested to take them any no. Of times the pain comes back at any point be it even once in 2-3 hrs. I question him If he would take chance with my mother's life ?? His only aim seems to be finishing off with his stipulated 1hr time at the clinic with the maximum no. of patients.
