This experience was nothing short of a letdown. From the lackluster room preparations to the downright disappointing food quality and the overall shoddy maintenance of the property, this place fell far below expectations. Describing the food as merely basic would be a generous assessment, given that it's a compulsory component of the package. Both the taste and presentation of the meals demand a complete overhaul. Even simple tasks like obtaining a morning cup of coffee necessitated relentless follow-ups. The open spaces in the property are a sorry sight, demonstrating a distinct lack of care and attention. The chairs are in a state of disrepair, corroded by rust or broken, and the sofas in the common area are so worn-out that they should have been discarded long ago. This establishment clearly requires a significant improvement in multiple aspect to be considered even remotely satisfactory. While the staff seemed amicable, their friendliness didn't translate into any practical assistance. The kitchen and housekeeping operations, in terms of both resources and personnel, were severely overburdened and woefully inadequate.

Went there for Camping in tent for a weekend. Cleanliness is something which needs lot of improvement, tent area was completely sloppy and high chance a person can slip. We understand that there is rain but it has to be cleaned regularly to avoid it. Food is not good at all if you donot like coconut oil in it. Location and ambiance is perfect. Staff are good and help with all sight visit and local information you need to make your trip better. 80% of the bicycles are useless having some or other issue. The morning Jungle safari vehicle which is a big pickup truck makes no sense if your have family or kids with you. Pls provide a proper safari vehicle or just remove it. No point in having this just for name shake.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the best homestay in Sakleshpur for a coffee plantation tour, and it exceeded all my expectations. This homestay is a hidden gem that offers the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The coffee plantation tour was a true highlight of my visit. The guide was not only passionate about coffee but also incredibly informative. I gained a new appreciation for the hard work and dedication that goes into producing that perfect cup of coffee. And of course, I enjoyed some freshly brewed coffee that was simply divine. Thank you for the giving me the best experience.

It was a decent stay in this resort.. we were the only family when we visited, that could be the disadvantage for us because they were very calculative in everything. Limited option for food, hard negotiations for activities what they have mentioned. Over all felt bit high rated and costly for the given facility.

It would be 1.5 rating for me. Rooms are the only good thing about this place. It's neat,clean and spacious. It is over priced and over rated for what they give. The food was below average. Service was fine. Organization and crowd was not good. The playing equipments/cycles are not in good condition. I would not recommend this to anyone in my friends and family Circle.

Overall it was great experience staying at Coffee Bean Villa homestay. The food was awesome and was prepared with so much love by Babu Anna. The management is superb and they take complete care about visitors. The main person Dhanush and co is really awesome people. Thanks to each and everyone. Will definitely visit again soon.
