Please dont go this place very pathetic behaviour of the staff they are very rude specially@Rahul and @Bikash and there is a guy who is incharge of this caffe they treat there guest very badly.
They are taking advantage of being in a multiplex. Serving coffee in sub standard soggy cups, in very small portions. The cup was not stiff even to hold in my hand. Then after I picked up the cup from the coffee, I couldn't put it in the cup holder as the cup was too small. I burnt my fingers just holding the cup off the tray.
Charging such huge amounts and trying to save on cup quality.
They didn't even have any regrets about the incident. Even after over 10 days since my post, they have not even bothered to apologise or comment on this.
Very arrogant and basically taking advantage of the situation that the customers have no other option.
Like to experience again and again.
