Only coffee shop for the entire building, especially people who coming for passport office in NM Road, amijikarai, chennai. You get variety of coffee & tea, light snacks. It's like lounge for people waiting for their slot in pp office- Nice place to relax with coffee,

They make you wait and finally end up saying sorry 2 power, the 2 ladies at presemt working at the shop really dont know how to handle customer, they are not even aware of the things available on menu anf double charge the customer , my request to the owner would be that tnagar branch has really set up lot expectations because of their excellent service, please recruit better staff or the brand name will be really finished

We visited the place yesterday. Both food and ambience are good but the songs playing in the shop is too horrible and unpleasant.i was not able to sit for long time because the songs played were not matching with the standard of the shop.

I think for the staffs working in this branch closing timing is more important than satisfying the customer needs

Extremely bad customer service shop management should take action on their women employees to be frank this is the only shop for whole building and not providing minimim quality of food and service
