COFFEE RESORTS - Resort hotel in Sholayar Dam City - Coimbatore, India

Firstly it's not the place for family. Rooms are not maintained properly. Lizards and other insects are all around the place. As we reached late to this spot, we were unable to find another resort. Had horrible stay with small kids.

This is an useless place, never ever pick or engage this place if you are traveling with family. I had a very bitter experience and same way many of them had. I had drove down to valparai from Chennai and after reaching the location as per Google map, we could not locate the place. The contact person was not allowing us to talk and he was telling us to speak to make my trip and he confirmed that we do not have booking, while i had made payment for the booking 10days in advance. The property guys denied the stay and they were 10 local guys sitting and drinking outside the so called resort which is a shed with metal sheet. Since I made my booking through make my trip i had called them, they were helpless and clueless on what's happening. They could only cancell my booking and refund my money. There is no hold with make my trip. I had to return back to Chennai with family with great disappointment and humiliation with my family. Please don't book this resort

I'm my life i never ever seen suit room like this. Smelly rooms. No cleanliness.. we ran away from there once seen the room. That to there is no name board. Ask us to wait in front of dam for long time to pick up. Last night we had a bitter experience we struggle to get another hotel to stay with kids and families.

Location foods facilities are so amazing but my suggestion is try to develop rooms nice place I enjoy it thankyou

It was a amazing stay. Location was great and experience a wider view of dam. The cottages are calm and safety. We are 10 person , we prefer one home full. Good facilities. Kitchen facilities is available.The best place to stay for friends..... During monsoon u can enjoy the great scenery...

The spot was really awesome. They will provide food but we need to order early.

3 stars just for the view from the room . Just fantastic. You can get home cooked meals which was good but have to be informed prior. other than that The room maintenance was poor . There was not a single dressing mirror in the cottage . And only one or two power sockets were working in the whole cottage. The beds and covers had a musty smell.
