Coffee D'Costa - Cafe in Siliguri - Jalpaiguri, India

I heard about this place a lot so I saw their Instagram page and decided to go which gave learning to not trust pictures on social media by their marketing team cause that's all to make us fool. I ordered choco brownie frappe (after seeing on their Instagram page) and they served a normal cold coffee. When I asked they told we serve it like this ( without topped with ice cream or whipped cream). White sauce pasta was served with pasta remaining brittle and undercooked. The baby corn was stale in the pasta. The worst part was the service. How disgusting it is for the waiter to take away the plate and glasses from the table without you even finishing it. I didn't even ask to take away the plates , the food was on the table while I was talking and he just cleared the table without asking while he came to do it again with the coffee glass and had to tell him to not overdo his work. Really disappointing. Only the decor won't fetch 5 stars for your place !!

I had the most enchanting experience at Coffee D'Costa Siliguri. The moment I stepped into the cafe, I was mesmerized by its exquisite ambience. The warm lighting, cozy seating arrangements, and tastefully adorned walls created a truly inviting atmosphere. The service I received was impeccable, with the staff displaying genuine warmth and attentiveness. I was delighted to discover a collection of books available, which added an extra touch of charm to the place. As I savored my cup of coffee, I was pleasantly surprised by its delightful flavor and quality. Every sip was a heavenly indulgence. Coffee D'Costa Siliguri is a true gem, where one can relish not only delicious brews but also immerse themselves in a world of tranquility and literary delights.

Such a good place and nice staff. We had dinner here and then take some sandwiches away with us for next day lunch. Very recommended!

The place is awesome to spend time with friends and family. The various types of coffee are really good, and delicious.

Very very very slow service.... Took almost 20 minutes to serve the first cup of coffee and then another 5 minutes for the next cup.... Very average cappuccino.... Watery and no coffee taste.... And 450/- for such slow service and diluted coffee...

If u r looking for a place where to relax and read novels or whatever this coffee shop would be the best they have the best coffee available and the ambiance of this shop was so relaxing and interior and staffs are highly capable I would not ask for more because everything I needed was provided well done guys keep making great coffee and food!

Coffee place is more about where you feel the vibe, where you feel like going back again and again and no it doesn't comes only with the taste of the coffee but a place where someone knows how you like your coffee. And coffee d costa has been like that for me. An escape from everything going in life. I love how they serve maggi, sandwiches and the cold brews are just amazing.
