Coffee and foods are best as usual CCD. but the cleanliness of toilet is very bad, There were no latch in the bathroom. That kind of services can't be expected.

Very awesome place to sit and relax also have very nice food and coffee. The cold coffee is the usp of this cafe. This is a very casual place and also romantic place. You also bring your kids there. Staff is very good and very quick in service.
I love cafe coffee day but paldi outlet was pathetic. It looked like non functional outlet. The contact number provided at google website Is wrong. Location is also miss guiding. When i reached i tried to inform all facts to the manager there Mr Rizwan sadly he did not pay attention to it. The out let was looking shabby. Unclean a obselte furniture. Broken canes clearly visible. On my request to clean the table they did not pay attention. Only two persons were operating the outlet much interested in their phones. Worst part is after my order when i asked for cup of water i was informed that they dint have ro water and i will have to buy bottled water. Finally did not even discounted water bottles and made me pay for it. Seems like the franchise owners are enough careless about it. I would suggest pl avoid this outlet.
It is okay place but not extraordinary. Reason for same of the price of product they offer. As per my view price is high in comparison to quality. Also there are no more offers that can attract customers.
