Pretty affordable rooms for a prime location but the rooms could've been better, the guy at reception was really nice. Overall an average experience

Good experiance with too low rates, rooms are average, but no issue coz of rates are lower, But minor long way for panjim and other location for travelling.

This was a great stay for me under budget. Peaceful and clean.

Good if you are backpacker and your only expectation from here to sleep and roam goa, best for male groups who want cheap accomodation in Goa and don't want to stay in a hostel, this place is located walking distance to vagator beach.. Not recommended to couple's!!!

Washroom is of a mess. The pots are broken. There's water supply issue all the time.. the care taker is not polite when reported the issues. The swimming pool isn't worth taking a dip. It has no purifier system to my knowledge. It isn't a resort at all.. the total property size is hardly 150 sq metrs. Other guests even got hurt in the washroom during my stay.The pics by other guests specially Lord Shiva statue are not of the property. We booked looking at the pics. I recommend add a few more bucks and select any other property what-so-ever. There is great possibility you might regret your stay in this place.

Listen dude, I didnt come begging at your property because begging is when you expect something for free. I would have never booked a stay at your pathetic property the only reason I came these is because the property I had booked with make my trip had denied check in and make my trip had requested me to adjust at your property after having a clear conversation with you or the owner who assured the availability of rooms. Also I have a complete video of the pathetic and ill maintained property that you lure your customers into by showing something completely contrary. You may reply to everyone who posts 1 star for you on google reviews but please self contemplate and improve your property rather than wasting your own time and the already disappointed customers time cause we have better jobs to do and you can for sure do better.

The place is not worth it! They barely have 4 tents overall and none justifies the price that they have quoted. The rooms are small and the surroundings is not maintained at all. Moreover they may even deny your suite room booking to replace with basic regular rooms. Lastly, the pictures of the place looks fancy but in real you'll be disappointed to see the real place! At the time we paid Rs2800 for a single day through make my trip!!
