A Perfect Blend of Work and Pleasure! I recently stayed at Cocoon Hotel for a two-night work trip, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable and stress-free. The suite was great--spacious and clean, offering the perfect retreat after a busy day. The highlight was the exceptional food. Every meal was a delight, and the staff's attention to detail was impressive. The hotel's central location was convenient for my work commitments. A combination of hotel facilities and service apartment. The rooms are spacious, having one sitting room,1 balcony and 1 bedroom. There is small pantry area with microwave. I guess you have to ask for cutlery if you need any. I did not ask. The location is good for office staff. If you are just for a vacation it's a bit away from center. They have restaurant. Breakfast is good, but average for other food items. Adjacent to the hotel is a market cum mall area with lot of options for food.
Cocoon's breakfast was really amazing.. i love that, rooms were neat and clean, service and location both was nice. Magarpatta DC is beside so u can get lots of different food options..
They only have suites. We were on the 5th floor. Room service can be avoided. Breakfast buffet was good though. No swimming pool. It was a clean room but could be cleaner. Like the bathroom and kitchenette counter top require deep cleaning. Opt for rooms above 5th floor so there is no obstruction in view
The worst possible hotel to stay at! Stay only if you are desperate enough! The staff claiming management decision will charge you random fines and if you ask them to show policy they will threaten you and arm twist you till you pay! I have logged an official complaint as well with the authorities
The stay was excellent with ample space, and they provided a diverse breakfast selection that changed daily. What's impressive is the daily room cleaning service, which happens without needing to call for it. Whether it was dosa or omelette during breakfast, they were delivered promptly. The only drawback was the slow internet provided through Tata vouchers, making it unsuitable for high-bandwidth work.
A very good business hotel in the vicinity of many companies. The food and the service is great. The 24/7 food is less expensive compared to most other hotels.
