A place which offered me a perfect balance of affordability & "professionalism" , with no compromise in hygeine & service. Being a regular here, I have seen them take feedback seriously & make the rooms more comfy & ambient.
Place is well located, have good rooms and clean washrooms. Masseuse are well trained and services are decent enough. Only issue noted is service time provided as opposed to what it is booked for. sometimes the massage feels hurried.
The place is great, the infrastructure is old and needs upkeep. But if you're willing to look past it, they offer great service! I like the 90min deep tissue massage by Manita. She's a nice girl, kind and sweet. And will tend to any and every problem area in your body. I find it the most magical experience after a hard week's work - takes away work related stress and any soreness from working out. Do remember to mention your preference for face and head massage.
I think the staff made the difference in this place more than anything else. From confirming the appointment at the front desk to the masseuse keeping up time and the technique used, clearly shows they are all well trained and customer centric. The watchman is very efficient too :) overall a great first experience.
Service is good. However there is no steam bath / sauna. Rate is reasonable.
Had facial done from this place. There were mosquitoes in the room. The place was not hygienic. The massage was average. Overrated for the price they charge
Cheap. Not good. Painful and non relaxing massage. Would not recommend if you're actually looking to relax
The spa is set in a quaint old family bungalow expect that it need some major upkeep. The Bangalore weather has over the years made the place feel very musty and the dim lighting required for a massage/ spa environment doesn't help. Rooms have been divided using thin wood walls to create extra space for therapies and it just adds to the unkept feeling it brings to the place. The therapist was polite and good at her job, though not spectacular. I am not sure I'd be visiting again.

Good experience for massage . Pressure was adequate and all types of massage available. I opted for deep tissue . The vibe was nice . One thing that can be improved is to have a bigger washroom . Will visit again soon
