Coconut Beach Farm - Resort hotel in Alibag, Nagaon - Raigad, India

Pros: Decent stay away from the hustle bustle, good service provided by Rukmini devi and Mr. Ram. Enjoyed our stay. Cons: Complimentary breakfast was below average with no options. Could improve on food and provide food in packages along with the room. As room for 5K is expensive without food included..especially on week days!

Manager Nandu is very helpful and cooperative. The property is good. However rooms need a lot of maintenance work to be done. Food service is below avg. Definitely not worth paying 4k per day. You can find better options at a lower price than this hotel.

One of the worst experience we had with this place. No cleanliness in the rooms, you can see cockroachs in the rooms, the food quality is not that good, and the staff is very poor with the service. Even the owner is aware of the rooms condition, but he didn't even care to make it clean. Please do not go there with your family and small kids only because of the low prices, better to book some decent place with quality rooms and services.

A must visit place for both family and for couples if you are looking out for a quite & serene place to unwind & relax. Great service by the hotel staff specially Rukhmani who went out of her way to make our stay even more special and Nandu at the reception who helped in organising a transport for us for sightseeing. Room and the pool was well maintained as well as the property in overall. It is very well accessible from the main road if you are travelling via local transport. Overall a great experience.

Coconut beach farms is located in a quiet neighborhood near Nagaon beach. Beach is located at a 10-15 mins walk from the property. The only downside about this property is the rooms and the food service. The rooms have an high tariff rate. I paid 8k for a two days stay at this property. The bedsheet was stained as was the case with the pot in the bathroom. There were occasional power cuts. However the generators are there for backup. The food is below avg and tasteless. The first room we checked in had loose sockets and switches due to which power was not available. Manager Nandu was kind enough to replace the room for us. However, all the rooms have the same issue as they are not maintained at all. The food was below avg and not worth the price. The swimming pool was not clean and had dried leaves and dead insects in it. Manager Nandu was kind enough to look into our needs and helped us in arranging a rickshaw to mandwa jetty at a reasonable price. All in all the stay would have been decent at a price of 2k per day but 4k is just not right.

Best service and best amenities and totally value for money resort. Honest and true review. Nanudu manager was too good here. He was very cooperative and kind. Love it

Disgusting property. Highly unmaintained, the pictures uploaded seem to be only when the property was newly built. Its extremely unhygenic with cockroaches, spiders & insects all over the place & unclean too. Food had hair in chapatis & even the solkadi we ordered. The staff doesnt seem to care. Had shortlisted this stay considering the positive reviews seen, the pictures were also good so we wanted to enjoy the experience amidst nature. The place is nothing like what it shows online. Would never recommend this to anyone!
