This was my 1st visit with family. Well, the setup was good and the ambience inside was nice and cozy. The coffee tasted good and so did the savouries we ordered. The muffin was average. The place definitely deserved a 3 or 4 star in my opinion had it not been for the service. Here arethe reasons: There was no warmth or greeting upon entering. Forget about warmth, there was not even a smile on the face of the guys who made the coffee & served us too. My 3-yr old daughter went to talk to him as a child would but she was completely ignored and the guy turned a blind eye. Not that he was busy coz we were the only customers at that time. At 8:45pm he came and asked us if he could give us the bill(as if we had a choice to say No) with the same sullen face. Within a couple of mins, he got us the bill. Within 2 mins he came back asking if we had paid up. This completely ruined the mood. We didn't say anything out of courtesy. Yet again, On the way out, there was no word heard nor a hint of smile seen on the man. He didn't even bother to look. This goes out to the owner: Your intentions may be absolutely right, however, if you don't hire the right people or train them, its bound to head for failure. There is a mushroom growth of bakeries, confectioners and coffee shops in the city. In today's world, if you don't treat your customers well, someone else will. Incase you read this, trust that its coming from someone who is unbiased by nature, has travelled around the world, worked and trained the customer service industry and been to hoards of such places. My opinion upon my 3rd visit: There was a sea of change in the behaviour and attitude of the guy who is on duty in the evenings generally. Since my 3rd visit, i have witnessed fantastic courtesy and been greeted with a smile. The staff has been very friendly too! If the owner read my feedback and acted upon it, kudos to him/her! Thus i have changed my rating from 1-star to 5. I didn't want to be unfair and treated the behaviour on my 1st visit as a one-off case. Keep it up!
This outlet is located just beside Ashok Hall School, so it has got a convinient location. Ambience - Once you step into this place, you will be amazed by their decor. Sets you perfectly for a great breakfast ! It has comfortable yet ample seating arrangements. So we chose to seat on the sofa. It has some classy works put on. The music was good enough for the morning. Food - Ordered Hot Chocolate, Cold Coffee, Choco Lava & Chicken Panini. Chicken Panini was not at all good. Panini is a sandwich that is made with a bread other than sliced ones. They served with the sliced bread. So it is not justified. Hot Chocolate was not upto my expectations. It tasted no less than Bournvita. Cold Coffee was okay okay. Choco Lava was good but it was served a lil cold. Generally, it is enjoyed more when it is served hot. That gives you the taste of chocolate well. (Please keep a note on that) Work on Food is something they need to pay attention. Service - The service was real quick. The one who served was modest and greeted us well. So kudos to that ! So a little work on food can get you a lot more ! Keep going.

It's a cute well lit place with enough natural light pouring in, overlooking a tennis club ground! Would highly recommend the pineapple pastry. Although, finding a parking spot close by is a problem.
It's a very special place. I've memories here. A little bit expensive but the place is outstanding.

The interior is nicely done with comfortable seating arrangements. Light arrangements are also perfect. You can order - Darjeeling Tea (4/5), Hot Mocha (4/5), Chicken Quiche (4.5/5), Chicken and Cheese Sandwich (5/5), Chicken Penne Pasta with Cheese Sauce (4/5) and Choco Lava (4.5/5). Do not miss ordering the Chicken and Cheese Sandwich unless you are too calorie conscious. Served with French Fries and Coleslaw, this Cheesy affair was a delight in every bite. Loved it! Service is Good. Price is Reasonable. Highly Recommended!
