Wonderful place for a family vacation. We truly enjoyed the service and had a memorable trip! All the staff we interacted with were courteous, helpful, and made us feel welcomed. Both the rooms we stayed in were very well designed, comfortable, and luxurious. The property also has a turf for outdoor games, an indoor activity area, a play park for children, a pool to relax, and a restaurant that served us good food. We really enjoyed the river walk as a family. Had a great time overall from the youngest infant to the oldest grandparent. Thank you for making this special trip extra special!

Nice and decent place to stay for a day away from city. Rooms were nice with a pond in the centre they have a common pool and a decent restaurant. Food was also good. They have a option of river side walking and bullock cart rides. Play area for kids are also available. Family and couple friendly...

Coco Lagoon Resort is a luxurious retreat set amid the serene backwaters of Pollachi. The property boasts of plush villas that are spacious, tastefully decorated and come with all modern amenities. The resort also features a stunning infinity pool, a rejuvenating spa and a well-equipped fitness center. The staff are extremely courteous and go out of their way to ensure that guests have a memorable stay. The food is delicious and caters to different tastes. Overall, Coco Lagoon Resort is definitely worth a visit for its serene location, luxurious accommodation and warm hospitality.

We had good stay at Coco Lagoon. However, few things which can be improved like faster service, Restaurant need to be expanded to accommodate all customers each time we have to wait more than 45 mins to get our turn. It will be great if local or native based dishes are added to breakfast so that it will match up to the resort concept. Bullock cart ride is a good idea !! Food tastes are good. Overall good stay !!

Overall experience with Coco lagoon is good.I'd stayed there for a day and here are the pros and cons. Pros: 1.Good hospitality and neat premises. 2.lots of activity - open air auditorium and fun activities for kids and indoor sports. 3. Food is good and quantity is also sufficient for two. Cons: 1. You either need to go via own transport or you need to book a cab as they need to come to your place from Pollachi for which they charge you 2K+ for one trip 2. Strict check in times and check out times. 3. Complimentary bf , for dinner you need to pay for the buffet.900per head plus taxes - so use it wisely if you feel you won't eat much. All together a good decent experience to spend time with your loved ones.

Absolutely fabulous place! We booked 17 rooms here for my cousins wedding. 30 of us stayed 3 nights here. I cannot say enough good things. The location was fabulous, the rooms were just excellent and well thought out, the food prepared by Shiv Zakir was outstanding, the staff always always pleasant and courteous, Dinesh and Abhishek went out of their way to help us all. Mr Joemon, the GM made sure to check on things periodically. We all really enjoyed it. Also excellent organizing and planning by Naveen and Shweta in the Coimbatore office. Thank you all!

Had an opportunity to be at Coco lagoon as part of a wedding function.... Great place to be.... Well maintained coconut farm.... Big pool... They have mini private pools also with some rooms.... Food was excellent.... All in all a wonderful experience.... Nice getaway from city life...
