It's a special area maintained by government offering benefits for export oriented companies. Many companies works out of the same which are normally do the hardware exports. The area is very large with lots of buildings and maintained good!! This is located at very convenient location in Kakkanad too!!

Its good place for a job

An elegant building beside seaport-airport road in which in addition to CSEZ admin offices, banks, post office and a canteen are situated. Recently, the authorities have illogically limited the carparking area and entry-exit facilities, thereby creating inconvenience to the public who visit the banks and post office.
