I stayed here for one day yesterday. Cool room, ambience, cleanliness, service of staff and everything. I will come here again. The bar atmosphere on the roof top is especially super, a boy joined the bar as a new staff, specially his service is very satisfactory. Everything is beautiful here. The room was clean and hygienic , all amenities was given and All was in working condition too .. i give this hotel a 5 star rating for cleanliness and best spacious rooms but the guy in the front office is very rude behaviour ,.he doesn't give respect or even show politeness. He was very rude and arrogant in behaviour .I dont know that guy's name , he was young , dusky colour , bald hair.i have stayed in this hotel for 2 days and he was rude throughout the stay .Rather than that .the hotel was good .

Unfortunately this place is used as a hub for people and friends to have drinks. There is a bar on the ground floor where drinks are cheaper than the other two bars in the hotel. There is a so-called executive bar located on the second floor. And there is a rooftop bar on the eighth floor. There are comfortable rooms available with good service. The view from vantage points of the hotel is stunning as it is located on Vypeen island which offers views of the sea in the west, wide river with smaller islands and sea port to the east, and the harbour where the river meets the sea on the north side.

The main attraction of this hotel is the roof top bar and the view. Moreover the view is stunning and you can see the sunset from this point.

An average hotel with an attached bar facility, they were not serving liquor in the room , the rooftop bar was fantastic, it's a bit far from the city rush , reaching there is a task , most of the food delivery app serving there but it all comes from the cochin city so you should have to pay much as delivery charge , better you book with brakefast option there is no nearby restaurants, the nearby shops will close with in 9 so if you are a smoker keep your stock . there is no cegarates available on the bar , you can reach by bus .. or you can get down the water metro station vypin from highcourt junction from there you can hire an auto

If you want bookings then do online bookings.. Direct booking in hotel is more costly... Cleaning is good restaurant food is good
