The stay was very pleasant & well looked after. We enjoyed our stay there. We rate high & also will refer coastal pearl in all known circle. Big thanks to all the boys, chef aunty & sunil. Two Suggestions kindly get the elevator fixed & ensure for backup ( ups or generator) when there is a power failure. Overall it was indeed a memorable experience for me & my family. Cheers

The per night charge, I felt, was exorbitant compared to what I got there. Breakfast was measly. Room too small. Washroom too small. No restaurant option. The restaurant they have tied up with doesn't bill with the hotel bill, it has to be paid separately. It was a big hassle for me because it was a business trip. Housekeeping was not available round the clock. I could get the room cleaned just once in my 1week official stay because I was almost always at work and the housekeeping staff didn't come after 8 PM. Good things were the balcony that I could never enjoy, walking distance from my office and cooperative staff.

We had booked 13 rooms for my daughter's wedding and we found the place so welcoming and with positive vibes. The hotel is very near to Miramar beach. The Owner and the co worker of the property are so co operative, they tried and accommodated all our guests in every possible way. We could accommodate 38 people in 13 rooms. Their morning breakfast is mouthwatering and it sets you for a day. All our guests and relatives were so happy with hotel service and all of them would like to visit them again to experience this venue with their friends. Location is well connected to local sightseeing places. Arrangement of all type of vehicles for our guest was done very well. I especially want to thank the Owner for such a wonderful hospitality for our guests who came to attend my daughter's wedding.

We had booked the whole hotel of 14 rooms for our son's thread ceremony in August 2023. The hotel is impeccable! The location-very close to public transport access, the beach is at a walkable distance, and at the same time it's in a quiet neighborhood The staff-very cooperative, helpful The hotel- absolutely clean, spacious rooms, TIP: the front facing ones are beautiful, but most rooms have a good balcony Good open dining area at the back, serves very home-like scrumptious breakfast The hotel owners become family and they treat your guests like their own. Coastal Pearl will always, always stay close to our hearts.

Had booked the hotel entirely for 2 days for a recently held family function. The location of hotel was apt....it slightly away from busy roads of Panjim city but was in a green place and easily commutable. Parking space was available at the adjacent road. Rooms were Clean and tidy.... And equipped well with the needed amenities. Food quality was good too. Most important was the staff at the hotel and the service they provided to our guests. We had approx 30 of our guests in the hotel staying for almost 2 days. All the staff took care of all the needs of pur guests. Food and beverages were served on times. We had fixed predetermined menu to be served to our guests. Since i was looking after the guests at the hotel... My interaction with the staff there was important and each of the staff provided us the service much beyond our expectations.. We had arranged some small functions at the hotel for our guests..... Special arrangements were needed for this -- which was also well managed by the hotel team. Highly recommended for group booking as also solo bookings.

Clean, spacious and quiet room for which we had a free upgrade. The location is good: walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Staff is friendly and reactive. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay !

Extremely cooperative owners. My arrival got delayed till 12 midnight, but Mr. Sunil arranged and kept my room ready, as he understood that i would arrive late and exhausted. Also very good breakfast in the morning. Location is excellent.

Had a decent stay. Service and maintenance was very good. Breakfast options could have been more for the price paid...Same menu everyday would be boring for guests who stay more than 2 days.
