Decent staff and food is great according to me It is a little spicy and the room is very clean and necessary requirements are all fulfilled and it's worth full and walking distance metro station and bus stop and near petrol pump and I have very nice experience

The best lounge bar in T Dasarahalli or Jalahalli cross. Server Manju NS , Ashok and pradeep gave the best service. Food was delivered on time and taste good. I would recommend this for sure. Keep rocking guys !!

We ordered mutton biryani, it was not cooked properly. Service was good but the quality of food should be improved

Nice, neat and clean. Quality of food. It is Bar and restaurant in 1st floor. Family restaurant in ground floor. Stay rooms in 2nd floor with minimum parking space area.

No proper lock and key for the room. Every time when we come from outside u have to call the receiption people to open the door. There is no movable space between dressing table and bed.

Me n My hubby used to stay at this hotel for 10days some time 3to 4days. When were we visit bangalore. After 1year again i check in on 5th june 2023 at 7.45pm. The service is such bad i couldnt even think in my life Again. We were shocked to see on the next day morning the recepection gril benig in a Hospitality service a lady treating a Customers like this. I have never seen. The managament as to look into it for ur business loss due to such kind of service given by ur Staffs. When i got up i had lit fever and headache more, so we had our breakfast late after that we came to our room my hubby told me to take rest he shall carry out for the meeting with customer place. so I stayed back in the room itself. I got an call on my mobile @2.30pm i was speaking over mean time in the room land line start ring ing time is around 2.40pm i didn't pick up the call. Once after finishing up the call i tried calling up the reception 9 line was busy. Within 10mins door bell i opened up the door room boy told me that from reception they try calling me i explained to the guy i was on the call. He called from his mobile and handover the phone to speak with reception lady. She started shouting at me what are you doing at room u didn't pick up the I telling her i was on the call with my customer so i couldn't pick up the call. She is not ready to listen to me. Ohh okay then ask sorry for not answering the call. I told her why should I ask sorry to u for no mistake of mine, she told me if i don't ask sorry to her i should check out immediately. I said okay fine. I called up my hubby n informed him on the same n I checked out. I am really surprised to see such kind of lady at the reception.
