I do not want to give a single star. Seeing the picture on Treebo I opted for this hotel to stay for 1 day to attend a wedding. It was a pathetic experience, don't book this hotel just by looking at the pictures uploaded. It is very dirty. Firstly, the reception area was stinking and then he made us wait for half an hour stating that they are cleaning the rooms. The rooms were not cleaned properly the bedsheets were not changed, found hair strands on the bedsheets. The entire premise was not clean. The food wastes were left on the corridor, and it wasn't cleaned for a day. Water bottle, dustbins, towels and door mats were not provided. Asked for 3 times but still they didn't send it across. They have only 1 cleaning boy to maintain the entire hotel. There is a safety issue from the balcony a person can jump from one room to another. We had to checkout early due to cleanliness & safety issues. All the good reviews are fake. The pictures uploaded on Treebo are of 2016. Do not trust the pictures posted on the Google or any other websites. It was a pathetic experience and more over they are charging high. No proper space for parking. DO NOT CHECK-IN THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY!

I have been staying here regularly. Being a lady felt very safe. Great service from the managers. Tidy and hygienic place. Worth the price!

The experience i had was very bad. I was allocated a smelly and damp room. Could not open the windows as there was no mosquito netting. Hotel staff weren't very helpful. I had to raise a complaint to goibibio th booking partner to resolve my issues.

Okayish. Nothing worthy of mentioned as well nothing to complain. Decent. They changed extra for early checkin, complementary breakfast could be better. Rooms need better room freshener. Staff are courteous!

The rooms and toilets are not clean. Rooms were not cleaned even after our repeated requests. The plugs provided in the rooms were not working. Complimentary breakfasts were provided. We went there with a group of 12 people. Food was OK, but the waiting time for getting the same served was too long. Most of us had issue with water availability in the toilet. Water bottles, Soap,etc were also not provided.

Very nice hotel. Good people. Excellent food. Best service. Area of the hotel is little backward otherwise overall nice place.

Excellent place to stay, though it's a little inside. The rooms were well designed and had a small balcony. Certain electronic equipments like geyser, tv etc weren't working but it didn't bother us much. The staffs were very helpful and cooperative, they even allowed us to stay for little extra time as one us fell sick. Really thankful and grateful to the hotel staff and management. They don't accept credit/debit card which I felt was little inconvenient but other wise great stay.
