18/11/23, 6 pm Giving 1 star because there is no option to give 0 star. The shop has a bad smell, and the person sitting at the billing counter is very rude. He refused to give extra cover saying it's "company policy". The cover provided was wetted with chicken and dirty water outside. It is a very basic practice to give extra cover if you sell meat and fish items. If you keep that person at the billing counter, your chicken selling "company" won't run long. For me this will be my last visit.
No extra cover. You have to carry the only cover they provide that is wetted. And rude person at the billing counter. I'll never ever visit again.
I like this place. The delivery guy is a great person. Hemanth I believe. Decently priced. Takes special requests. Quick delivery too. I've been ordering 3 kilos of boneless chicken breast a week for the past 4 months. Never have I received stale or old meat.

Horrible experience. Took them almost an hour to prepare the food and we ordered just 3 dishes. The place git filled with smoke because the kitchen and the dining are the same. The quality of the food was so bad. Everything was raw with no flavors what so ever. Please don't waste your time and money here.

I visited Hotel samudra Surathkal today at 1.10 pm for meals. I ordered food at 1.10 pm chicken thali and veg thali and fish fry. It's came around 2.10 pm.which is not my order. Whatever they had they given me like dog.which is bad service in my life. When I started asking for the service man about this, he was roud with me,i ask same thing with owner for answer was no cook. This is a way I enjoyed my meals with hotel samudra.this is a hopeless service ever. beaware before going this hotel. U will find same. Waste of time, bad service,more trice. Wirthless .
