A good commercial centre. It has Visa processing centre for UK, Ireland. The gates are guarded by Security personnel and access is limited. The ground floor has KFC and MacDonald Cafes. The Visa Agency doesn't have waiting parlour for people accompanying the person/ward who comes for Visa biometric verification. One has to wait outside the premises or get into the Cafes to have take food. If weather is good there is plenty of shopping and dining facilities all around the Coastal chambers. This is monsoon, and in such rainy situations a visit here is uncomfortable.
Super helpful and friendly staff!!! However, this positive experience is somewhat overshadowed by the lack of onsite parking. The near by pay and park locations were full as well.

Coastal Chambers mainly consist of offices processing various Visas and hence there is a bit of crowd around the place. Parking is never available. Entering the premises is bit of a hassle due to the crowd.
