Best hospital and treatment is excellent...
The hospital administration is really bad mannered and arrogant. Instead of co-operating for availing insurance they kept us in dark and at last refused it saying we didn't share our plans. When the investigation wasn't final and proper diagnosis wasn't done, how could I share any plan of further action that i will take for my patient . The pharmacy staff misbehaved on a couple of occasions. Doctors are good but overall experience is a bad one, good for OPD but not for admission.
Had to rush to this hospital as my grandfather had a stroke. He was initially kept in icu and was later shifted to ward. The process was smooth..The Nurses and GDA were best at there work.

CNS hospital has a very good infrastructure with the best location of the hospital if I talk about hospital cleanliness then it's quite impressive because the hospital is so neat and clean. The main thing about this hospital stands for best doctors for treatment.
Doctor treatment and staff behaviour very good , in Neurology Dr. Anuj Singh sir good surgeon, but Nursing supervisor and Nursing behaviour not good plz improve.
I had a great experience.Well behaved staff. Discharge process took some time by can be manageable as the care was good.
Hospital service is good , well service for patients care, but to much higher cost.
