CNN DHANA MALL is Fraud. Do not purchase any units in CNN DHANA MALL. Did not get my amount even in September 2023. Cancelled year ago, but did not get the amount back. Do not invest, Do not feel bad later. I've booked one unit with CNN ventures in 2020. I had some financial issue and wanted to cancel the unit. On 24 June 2022, I have visited their office in banjara hills and submitted for cancellation. Till now, they did not call me, or there is no update at all. When I called them after a month or so, they are saying it might take 2 more weeks or first week in next month. What is more irritating is, none of their sales people pickup calls. We have to try lot of times to talk to anyone in CNN. But for marketing 3-4 members send messages and calls. Very very disappointing. Update as of October 2022 (after 4 months): It is October 2022 now and my unit is not cancelled yet and I am not paid. Someone should be ready to buy your unit. Only then they ll sell your unit to them and pay you. This is what I was told. Update as of June 14 2023 (after an year): It is an year I have cancelled my unit but still I did not get my full money back. Still they are saying that they are getting GHMC approvals. Every time they say give me 10 days, we will process it, or we will call you. But not even a single time they called me.

Please be careful before investing your money. These people are running an elaborate scam.

As seen in Eenadu we have to invest 2 lakhs in the company who will participate in bidding of HMDA auction of land for future construction I approached their agent at Madhapur.They are courteous .Pl as any body inform who joined the scheme and precautions if any to take .. Sekhar Hyd

It was nice concept upto now I didn't seen like this project in Hyderabad, common man can also invest.

We have paid total amount for land 8 months ago but still there is no information on registration. The agents won't answer the calls. They are not even giving the money back. I went to the office multiple times but no proper answer. It's Not a trustworthy
