Easy to get appointment with doctors. Staff is helpful and answers questions. The service is good as per Kolkata's standards. Like other hospitals for outpatient visits you have to wait for 2-3 hours more than your appointment time. Hospital cleanliness is decent not great. Bathrooms are decent & no glasses near water filter so you have to carry a bottle if u want to drink water

The staff of this place is not good. Doesn't speak well. Word of mouth costs nothing. One time he will give a report, another time he gives. We leave work and come back. This is not the case as previously stated. It is inconvenient for us who come for treatment from abroad. Our time has a price. Harassing only. Even if the doctors are absent we are not informed. Doctors are not allowed to talk to these staff are not helpful. They talk first and don't let the patients and his family talk to the doctors, which is rude of them. Middle class people like us just die like this! The game of money looting is available here! And the authorities have no bias. Hey, please understand, our middle class family has to think, what will we eat tomorrow after saving money for treatment!! ! We go for treatment with money, not for free. Rather than paying more than other places. We do not want this kind of irresponsible usage. #cmri

Very nice but i don't know why they don't open the main gate minimum 3 to 4 mints will be lost if people need to take long way.. In emergency cases 3 to 4 mint's is very valuable it cannot be bearable for emergency treatment I want to give 5 star but for people need to take long way in emergency situations also that why i am deducting 2 stars

I think there is no rating for this hospital ..they charge per min 217 rupees approximately for two hrs admission for high blood pressure symptoms biggest scam hospital in this universe....

Located in Alipore this hospital actually has a very good line of doctors in many fields..like cardiology,oncology, dermatology, haematology, neurology,gastro, gynaecology etc..I came for my father's appointment with the dermatologist..good number of doctors were there. The staff was good enough. The entire area is a bit crowded. But I have to mention one thing..we had a very very bad experience with on site pharmacy.. behavior of the staff was not good..kept us waiting for two simple ointments for almost 20 minutes. Either he didn't know his job or he didn't care about the customers..

Entrance to the emergency building is a quite confusing for people who are visiting for the very first time. For emergency patients, services are well and good.

Hospital with their only motto of looting people I got my father admitted into this hospital till 19 days whereas on the 20th day my father died, they literally charged rupees 10 lakhs with no improvement in patient's condition when we had a word with their administrative superior regarding this too expensive billing even they did not help and instead became too rude their word was "if you don't have money in pocket then how could you come to a Taj hotel for a stay" literally compared this hospital with hotel taj hospitality and made fun of people's emotion and financial condition even till now they don't have any condolence towards us as some of the clinical documents were pending from the hospital's end even after my father's death and when we came to collect they are still harassing the family and asking to wait as if we have came to beg for anything. Very ruthless and worthless staff with poor quality in service and manner. #nohumanity
