I and my family were customers of cmr since 30 years but Had a bad experience here Not satisfied with the explanation to the mistake done by their staff During Sankranti season my wife brought a dress after trail she has selected a dress of medium size and during billing they have sent large size dress, we have asked for exchange as there was another piece available in their Showroom They said dress got folded so we will do alteration but no exchange. It was their mistake and they are reluctant to accept. It's ok me n my family will never go to this showroom again.
Staff was not friendly. They were not willing to show the collection of sarees. Their attitude was like if this person can afford or not and they were passing comments on other customers. First they should get proper training on customer treatment.
