it is very near to gajuwaka old traffic signal. Shopping mall had large complex comprises stores, restaurants often Inox and other businesses establishments inside the mall and they have maintained well and very tidy and gaming zone(tiny space not expecting huge) also available here for especially kids, and restaurants like eaters shop and KFC also inside the mall. Here they also collected parking fee 20rs for bike and mall outside also parking available even for outside also they have collected 5 rs, escalator and lift facility also available here along with steps while coming to food rates are expensive and over all for spending time mall is ok

Game zone is on both 3rd and 4th floors Only elder boys can enjoy the 3rd floor gaming zone with VR GAMES and shooting , for below 5yrs there are many games in 4th floor. Each game cost 40 to 50rs and VR GAMES are of 100rs.

Very good place for men & women specially for kids GAMING ZONE , good services, good housekeeping, parking area is so big, I like this place specially for movies

Edited on 18.6.2023 (Sunday) Previously I rated it 3 and I wish I can give it a 3.5 but I will still rate it a 3 mostly because of how horrible the Car parking experience has been for us. For Basement Parking:- The car parking area is sufficient even for a busy day but the way to the car parking is not at all designed well. we had to go to B2 and for that had to make 2 U turns. You can not make a U turn at one go. At least twice you have to reverse the car in order to make that turn. The Space for making the U-turn is too cramped. I just pictured the no. of cars in Varun Inox. If that happened here all the cars would be stuck till the tail end car moved back and even then it will be difficult to maneuver. It was not just us. I have seen other cars face this too. What a hopeless design. Two-wheelers won't have the same difficulty. They can go easily. Otherwise The theater was good. The bathrooms are alright. No handwash though. Trends is the major shop available for clothes shopping for men and women. We have options like Burger King, Pizza Hut, Eaters stop for eating. All in all a good addition to Gajuwaka. Just wish it was better planned. That's all I am surprised and glad to see a response from Team CMR. That makes me happy as a customer.

As the famous adage says, " One rotten apple spoils the entire basket". It used to be a favourite shopping centre for our garments till today. Totally shocked by the unprofessional behaviour of one of the supervisor. CMR, you need to train your employees in soft skills . I know one customer will not matter for you, but in long run, you will loose many customers if you don't groom your employees in soft skills. I've lodged my complaint with the manager and he assured me of disciplinary action against the supervisor. Henceforth, I won't be visiting your shopping centre. That's all
