One of the best place to stay, the welcoming, front desk staff behaviours and the way they help you to make your stay better all are good. We travelled from Tamil Nadu for a personal matter to attend and stayed here for a week and I should mention it was a very comfortable stay for us. Keep it up guys, Cheers.

It was my first trip to kochi and it never felt like one. The hotel has a team of dedicated staff who were ready to cater to the needs of the travelling guests. Moreover it was more than a good experience as the rooms and the maintenance were top notch

Stayed for 16 days, i would say one of the best hotel to stay.Manager, staffs are very friendly and help reaches on time.They was so good and helps so much.Thanks again to the team.

The stay with my family was good. The staff were very coordial. But food was not available nearby. AC worked properly and hot available in the morning.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at CMK Gulmohar/Habitat Hotel. I have been a loyal guest for the past 4-5 years and have always appreciated the service provided. However, my recent experience has left me disheartened as well as shocked. Upon inquiring about the rates before my stay, I was assured by the manager that there would be no need to worry about the tariff. To my dismay, after a four-day stay at Hotel Gulmohar, I was presented with shockingly high rates that were not disclosed initially. This discrepancy in pricing made me uncomfortable, prompting me to decide to leave the hotel immediately. Unfortunately, this decision was met with another upsetting situation when I discovered that my clothes, entrusted to your laundry service, were being withheld. I must express my disappointment with the service and handling of this situation. As a long-term customer, such experiences have tarnished my trust in your hotel. I hope that necessary steps will be taken to prevent such instances in the future for the sake of other guests. Therefore, I strongly urge everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs to prevent facing similar unpleasant situations

Clean and well maintained rooms.Rate is also affordable.Since located near Nettor Junction transportation facilities are also good.

deluxe room has a large king/queen size bed with a kitchen n cute small dining table n 2stools. they provide gas, gas stoves, utensils etc.. the bathroom height from room seemed a little high for elderly people but manageable. the service boys were very humble n efficient, always available upon calling. they have ample parking space but customers don't park it properly becoz of which sometimes congestion happens (if a security is provided he can align the cars properly initially itself)lift is available and they provide us with free breakfast (1st day idli, sambar n chutney n 2nd day dosa, sambar n chutney). surprisingly, they had a prayer mat in our room which i think they provided seeing our booking name..overall very happy with the stay @ cmk habitat...
