CMC hospital - Hospital in Vellore - Vellore, India

I am from Bangladesh. My wife has undergone lung surgery at ranipet campus in CMC hospital. We got good treatment here. I think it is a word class hospital. Time of treatment is somewhat high but cost is very less here. Where there is no hope, here is the last hope.

One of the best hospital facilities in India .. Ranked always in top 5 .. Well maintained, cooperative staffs, highly equipped, technologically advanced, multilingual doctors, best healthcare system with reasonable price and accepting all types of digital payment methods. Maintained well with suggestion boxes all around, place is always crowded due to more Patients inflow from all around India and Bangladesh They have also started master health check ups recently for patients to get benefited.

Heard much of its good name , but reaching here I would say I got disheartened at the behaviour of the staffs . One may go through all reviews to understand what and why I said so. People with ailments want at least good behaviour first , next to next come many other things. South Indian people are educated and cultured; was it a myth?? Behave yourselves fast. CMC earned the name for great things and loosing it's fame now for unexpected things. Come to your real good name please.

Absolutely the worst behaviour from the staff. Crowd management below par. The waiting period is also high even for a simple consultation. Would never visit or suggest this hospital to anyone. Better stay away.

If you want accuracte treatment come here with patience. They will take all test even after already done from other reputed places. Much qued place.Please get Doctor's Slots online before coming here .

One of the worst hospital and people are going there due to good name they earned in the past. but today its totally money minded and for the money giving quality of care, diagnosis are more or less equivalent to government hospital. For pregnancy's scan they hardly take 5 mins , I could not imagine how it possible to find baby anomalies. the facility is not enough for the crowd going there, management people Clearly knows it but they not limit or control it. keep on taking the admissions. the crowed inside the premises are far more than the limitation. government should take strict action on these hospitals to put admission beyond their capacity. They can not fool the people long and sustain the business with quality, facility & care they provide

Hi Team, Hospitality is very worst than a government hospital. In terms of treatment definitely rating could be 5 but however for pregnancy if there is no beds are available pls make sure to arrange the beds before admission. My wife had a stillbirth at 3:00am and the staffs said that will be moved to general ward in while, We waited till 3:00PM but we haven't allocated any beds, we requested for private ward unfortunately those wards are also filled.The nurse from 7th floor spoke with the labour ward nurse and moved my wife to general ward at 7:00PM. The thing is my wife had a still birth. In labour ward obviously there will be many infants right? Try to imagine the mother's mental stress. Please plan accordingly.

Make sure you DO NOT show your medical insurance while getting your patient treated in the hospital. The doctors themself said that their "insurance rates" are higher compared to "non-insurance rates". I brought my patient from an expensive hospital in Bangalore to CMC hoping that the expenses would be less and treatment would be better, but CMC charged me 70-80k per day in ICU compared to Bangalore's expensive hospital, which was charging 40-50k per day in ICU.
