I had taken membership of club retreat for 3 year . Recently we planned our first tour with club retreat . Although they provided us a good property in Mussoorie but at that time of planned offering they ensured us to provide provided 4 star and 5 star luxurious property but they offered us only 3 or 2 star property in Mussoorie . Although we have pleasant stay in hotels but they failed to provided basic facilities (TV not working , limited parking space for 2 to 3 cars only, buffet system which we haven't taken 750 Rs per person which is not worthful according to hotel menu. And after visit the main concerned person who impressed us and ensured our pleasant and luxurious holidays (Mr. Rishu) not picking my calls ?? .
