Its fake company. When you ask for refund, they will just give dates but they dont give your money back. Now they are saying that if we delete the post, then only they will start refund. Its disgusting that they are doing such a comment. He is Rahul Arora who is making such a comment. I thought mutually it will be solved, but now its time take some legal action against you Rahul Arora who is doing such a mental harassment.

Club resorto is a fake and a fraud travel company they will sell you membership by making all the false promises and then when you will try to book a hotel with them they will charge you exchange fee which is more than the prize of the hotel you are trying to book with them . I am being thuged by a fraudster manager ISRAR AHMED don't buy any membership from them they are a bunch of fraudsters..

They are lier, cheater. They call you and ask you to come to collect free movie and 2N3D holiday package event when you don't sign up for any membership. And the sales person mentioned utility charges are just 10 or 20 Rs. But in actual it's 1500Rs + GST per room per day. That means it is not free you have to pay 4-5K to get it. and there is no movie tickets. Thank God I haven't purchased any of membership offered.

Horrible experience! Really unprofessional manager (I am refraining from publically revealing his name), no sense of how to talk to customers, zero customer delight experience. The turn around time for any request is too long and the properties are not as good as promised. I would have given negatively stars if there was an option. Please don't fall into this club resorto trap Suggestion- please deal well with customers and make them a priority, learn from club Mahindra

I have to rate Club Resorto 1 star because 0 star is not allowed but they deserve a 0. Club Resorto is a big scam, this a FRAUD company trying to portray themselves as a legit one but I request everyone to please read all the complaints registered against them before being their next prey. They will make big promises to you, lure you into their trap, extort your hard earned money from you and then when you ask for their services for which you have paid, they will make lame excuses to deny it. All the scammers like Club Resorto actually work very similarly, they will honey coat everything at the beginning, once you have nowhere to go they start exploiting you until you break. Don't trust these C grade companies, these are generally run by criminals as a storefront to their dark deeds. Always go for the trusted companies like Club Mahindra. I am very disappointed in them.

They are FRAUD! Club Resorto showed me some very good hotels during their initial presentation as their affiliated hotels but the truth those hotels have no connection with these fraudsters, when you ask them to book any of their affiliated hotel, they will offer you their cheap 3rd class internal exchange hotels and they will charge a lot of money for these pitiful hotels since they are exchange ones and they will make an excuse that their affiliated hotels have been changed but actually none of them were their affiliated hotels in the first place. Don't fall in their trap, please read all the complaints registered against them first before making your decision.

Awesome trip. All of my family member enjoy the trip . Wonderful trip planned by Club Resorto. What i loved was that they were in constant touch while i was in Singapore and made any problem disappear. All the sightseeing and transportation was also properly planned. Overall excellent trip. Hello Everyone!! I am retired Col Lakhmir. I was offered 25 years of membership by this club. We joined them on the recommendation of a very dear friend. I am very happy to write that I am not regretting my decision. Till date with my family I have planned 3 vacation and all went very well. Initially I wasnt sure about joining their club. but I am happy my money was worth spending. I am member of 3 different holiday clubs but none of their services are as efficient and quick as they offer.. m very satisfied.. team is good, professional and helping. Me and my wife are very fond of travelling. We never wish to compromise with our stays. Here our each stay during holidays were at 5 star. No isolated properties or unused properties. Very well maintained properties. I am hoping my coming holidays will be more memorable than we have experienced with them till now.
