Club One in Evershine Global City, Virar West, exceeded my expectations, providing a fantastic range of amenities and activities for relaxation and leisure. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The club offered diverse recreational options, including a well-equipped fitness center and a clean swimming pool. The emphasis on family-friendly entertainment, such as a dedicated kids' play area, made it ideal for families. The dining options were delicious and varied, and the ambiance was serene. Located conveniently with easy access to shopping and entertainment, I highly recommend Club One for a rewarding and enjoyable experience.

I stayed at the Club on and off for three weeks, in that period of time the room had the smell of raw sewer, AC broke down the hot water geyser failed two times, I had to go use the shower ina different room and the desk manger argued about the checkout time even after I informed the lady in the front that I will be checking out late and she said that will be fine, idli was microwave in front of me. This used to be a very good place to stay but unfortunately the maintenance is just not there to warent the prices they charge for a room.

I stayed there for 10 days recently on a business trip . The facilities at the club are fine , food is good and service as well . But the club is run down and I wonder if the owners know it ! The place is dingy , entrance to the club is dark , many areas along the walkway on the ground floor and lobby not lighted up at night , and this is really dangerous as one can hardly see , the water fountains not working with no water , gives an impression that the area is abandoned. The club lobby near the restaurant is bare and not welcoming at all , you feel you are waiting at a hospital . The rooms - there is no minibar or a safe box which are essential in any hotel room . The bathroom can be better , it is dingy and not well cleaned . And finally , I had little cockroaches crawling on the floor of my room . The key card is a pain as it does not work properly . Only the location ( since there is nothing else in Virar ) is good , the staff try their best to do what they can and the food will help It to survive . The place needs a total refurbishment after 9 years in operation!

Writing this review after having communicated about all the problems with turf multiple times and still not getting a resolution. The turf has worn out at so many places, the nets have gaps at so many places causing the ball to get stuck on the roof. A light is not working for almost a year now. The owner is not listening to the complaint and just want to keep up the charges and turn a deaf ear on all the concerns. Note that I've been his regular customer for almost 3 years now. I'm sure you can understand this frustration. Attaching the images to substantiate the problems. Hope this gets sorted out soon and we'll get to enjoy the turf the way it should be.

Management of the club is pathetic. After several complaints not a single person is concerned. The sports section especially the turf for cricket/football is the worst maintained I have ever seen. No repairing done and the lights are not working since almost a year now. Attaching all the pictures. If given a choice I would not even rate half a star to this pathetic management of club one and it's turf owner.

This place is a absolute gem that offers a luxurious and vibrant experience. The facilities at club one are top-notch. The restaurant's offer a delightful array of cuisines that are prepared with finesse and presented beautifully.

Joined swimming classes, but the coach did not give us the entire 2 months, as was said during admission. Didn't learn Swimming completely because of him. Very poor service.
