RESORT IS BEAUTIFUL BUT THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE.DID NOT PROVIDED EVEN A CHAIR TO SIT WHILE HAVING BREAKFAST.HAVE STAYED ALL OVER INDIA AND ABROAD BUT NOT FOUND SO ARROGANT STAFF IN ANY HOTEL.COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS ALSO PATHETIC.NO TABLE AND CHAIR TO SIT WHILE HAVING BREAKFAST.WHEN ASKED FOR TEA,THE STAFF TOLD 'aahi lou jouk '..That was very embrassing.
Very good resort , nice service, good space for marriage, party , meetings and many more, but i really get deficult to find this place , specialy in night , need more accurate route in google map also
We have celebrated our friend's birthday here and that was a really good celebration. We also enjoyed having fun in the swimming pool. The rooms are great and the staff management also served us very well. I look forward to come over here soon.
Our main purpose of booking a 3bhk villa was to enjoy at the pool site. The pool site was stinking. Water was so dirty. There were dirt, food particles, insects, blue-green ALGAE in the pool. Worst experience ever. Waste of money. Staff is way too rude. Not professional at all.
It's a very luxurious and hygienic resort and have amazing food and fun facilities
We ordered 6 plain rice and 4 plate dal which costed us around 2k. No glasses were provided. No plates and serving spoons were provided. When we asked for plates and glasses they provided disposable plates and glasses. They call it a luxury stay VERY DISAPPOINTED The door locks are broken. Dirty pool. Unhygienic bed sheets and pillow covers with stains. Very cheap quality materials all over the villa. Disgusting drunk and rude staff members. No proper maintenance and zero professionalism.
Worst place to stay. The rooms are unhygienic, stains in most of the clothing. Plus when asked for glasses and plates they serve you with disposables. They don't have the audacity to tell you truth about timings of room service but instead they will act rude when asked for anything.
Had a great experience with friends and family. Enjoy the swimming pool. Food was really good, also the arrangements for our group was satisfactory.

The ambience was great , especially the misty experience which has been created was awesome. Food is great. Service could have been better if the food preparation time can be reduced. Overall , a good place to go with friends and family.
Best 5 star resort near Guwahati at Sonapur...its now known as MAYFAIR SPRING VALLEY RESORT.....the location, rooms, restaurant etc are of top notch..Huge area...luxury everywhere...newly renovated after the takeover. The food quality is awesome but
