Club Mahindra, Udaipur - Resort hotel in Udaipur, Sethji Ki Kundal - Udaipur, India

For those contemplating weather to book hotel unit or studio please book studio rooms as hotel units are worthless with very dim lights. Agreed the bathroom is clean and neat but apart from that the room is a total disappointment old light fittings dim lights and useless sofa . The front office is completely hopeless don't bother to make any request it will not be attended to. The club house again is a disaster with the gym under maintenance and no soft play area for kids. The only saving grace however is the high standard of food awesome spread and great service by the restaurant. Please carry your own mineral water charges at the property is 100/- + tax and the nearest shop is 500 metres away

It is outside the city. Rooms are decent but service is so bad that it is hard to enjoy much. Breakfast ordered everyday was cold and stale. The staff wasn't cooperative and very passive aggressive with their responses. Anything ordered or asked for, be it water or towels, took forever to come. We had to call multiple times for one thing. The checkout was tedious and they made us wait 30 minutes without informing us that they were done and we could leave. The lady at the reception was making faces and it was an overall bad experience. Worst experience with service at any club Mahindra till date

These guys advertise themselves as a 5 star resort but it's truly a 3 star hotel. We had two rooms and both of the bathrooms stank like a roadside bathroom. The service was not up to par with a 5 star resort, we got asked for tips from at least 4 different workers for doing their job, all of which took several times longer than they should have. Decent hotel, but not worth your nights on your membership.

Great Mahindra resort located just outside Udaipur. The hotel is very good and comfortable. Restaurants and food are good as well. My only regret is the location, considering Udaipur the location doesn't match the other hotels.

Amazing resort and nothing short of Club Mahindra standards. The resort is slightly away from the main center but the huge garden, pools and the rooms make it a splendid place to stay. The breakfast menu is by far the best I have seen.

Resort is beautiful and very neat and clean. Had booked 2 Rooms. Both were very spacious and well maintained. Up to the mark. Evening events are entertaining. Staff is polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Food is tasty. A bit on the expensive side. Only drawback is that it is a bit far from main city. You have to completely rely on cabs/Taxis for travel if you do not have your own conveyance. Food delivery apps do deliver.

The food was exceptional, with a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options to choose from. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and always willing to accommodate any special requests. The hotel also features a well-equipped fitness center and a swimming pool, perfect for guests looking to stay active during their vacation

Being away from downtown, this property provides you lot of peace. We enjoyed the stay as the management has taken enough efforts to grow fragrant plants within their premises, that made our evenings pleasant
