Nice location...all sight seeing points are nearby hotel. Rooms are specious just that they have a common door between them, so voice easily transfer between them. Food cost is on a higher side. There are lots of cafes nearby so you can have food outside at a much cheaper rate. Swimming pool is nice and very well maintained. Staff is cooperative.

This a very fantastically designed resort. The ambience is very good. The Spa is fantastic so is the spa staff. The resort manager is a very helping guy. The only problem is the service is a bit slow and they need to be told things again and again.

Service levels are poor. The rooms are going in for renovation and hence limited nos are available for occupancy. Also the staff is tight on numbers + the facilities are run down. It's an amazing experience to stay at Club Mahindra Thekkady. The resort is surrounded by trees and full of greenery. In the morning you will hear various birds singing around your room. You love the location. Food is also very tasty.

Club Mahindra Thekkady in Kerala was an amazing experience! The picturesque location and artfully designed cottages created a unique ambiance. The refreshing cold breeze added to the charm. However, when compared to luxurious chains like St. Regis, Marriott, or Grand Hyatt, it falls a bit short, earning a 4-star rating. Some areas were less tidy, and the food buffet lacked variety. Despite these minor flaws, it remains a wonderful retreat for nature lovers seeking tranquility.

1. Breakfast: Supposedly, it starts at 7:30 a.m Even at 9:30 a.m., the area was not clean and not at all live. 2. Rooms: a. Even a small opening in a curtain, whole room is visible to someone passingby. b. Electricity is very glitchy. c. The note to save electricity by switching off between 5:00 p.m and 6:00 p.m should be more sensible. Common, switch off the lights, in time of need?

The view from the rooms wasn't nice, actually there wasn't any view. I was surprised at the room planning of such a big chain, the property did have a view but the rooms didn't. A couple of facilities were not working, the gym was under maintenance, and the swimming pool was closed at 18:30 in the evening. Aaprt from this the marketing calls didn't make it easy to rest in the room. My phone rang thrice each day by calls from the Club Mahindra sales team trying to sell something and disrupt my resting hours. All of this was a bit bothering, felt like management had unnecessary rules. But on the positive side staff was extremely helpful.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the views of the surrounding forest were breathtaking. The bathroom was also very well-appointed, and the amenities were top-notch. The resort has a wide variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, a spa, a gym, and a variety of restaurants. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was the perfect place to cool off after a long day of exploring. The spa was also very relaxing, and the massages were amazing. The food at the resort was delicious. There is a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything we tried was cooked to perfection. The service was also excellent, and the staff were always happy to make recommendations. Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful experience at Club Mahindra Thekkady. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.
