Club Mahindra Resort - Snow Peaks, Manali Resort, Himachal Pradesh - Resort hotel in Manali - Kullu, India

Rooms are classy. Amenities could be prepped up. A basic amenities kit in suites is a basic necessity nowadays. Would like to see amenities kit. Staff is generally nice, but since we were members of Club Mahindra, objectively judging the service for non members could not be judged. Overall a good experience but scope for improvement

We stayed here in the beginning of July and had the most amazing experience. The food was excellent and the room was spacious with views of apple orchards and snow peaked mountains. The balcony overlooked the front of the hotel and we were treated to beautifully blooming lilies. The staff was amazingly hospitable. There's a flowering garden right outside the restaurant and breakfast there was one of the highlights of our trip.

Excellent service,staff,room ,perfect, fresh and delicious food......Kid friendly with many games and rides ....Excellent experience. It should be a 5-star hotel and they deserve it also.

Rooms are extremely pleasant, looking over apple orchards, panoramic view of the snow capped mountains, fresh air. Rooms are cleaned every day. Shout out to Bunty who goes an extra mile to ensure the room's decoration and facilities are on point. Tasty and generous portions of food are served. The breakfast buffet spread is very good. Special thanks to Amar, Angel, Veerbhadra and others from the FnB team!.

Had a pleasant stay in Club Mahindra Snow peaks. Rooms r very big with huge balcony facing the snow peak mountains. Staff is very polite and helpful. Excellent Staff. Food is also good. Overall a great place to stay.

As The Brand Name is Club Mahindra they maintain their name here. Best in Class Services Food and Overall Quality. Do Visit Here. Best for Families because Cheap People can not afford it. NOTE - EVERY HOTELS SERVICES AND FOOD AND OTHER THINGS CHANGES IF THEIR OWNER IS CHANGED SO WHEN I VISIT I FEEL GREAT HERE BUT IT IS Advisable THAT WHEN YOU VISIT ANY HOTELS CHECK IT FULLY AND GIVE PAYMENT WHEN CHECKOUT AND IF YOU FIND THAT THE HOTEL YOU BOOK IS NOT GOOD IMMEDIATELY CHANGE THE HOTEL, ITS NOT A CRIME AFTERALL YOU GIVE HARD EARNED MONEY TO THEM AND COME TO ENJOY AND IF THEY RUIN YOUR ENJOYMENT CHANGE THEM IMMEDIATELY.

A beautiful property overlooking the mountains and snow peaks. Only thing is ,many new hotels have cropped up in vicinity, thereby hindering some views .Also , we feel rooms should be upgraded and can be made more comfortable. But overall the food, ambience and service is really good.

They charge a hefty amount for membership and annual subscription too. Only accommodation is provided with some activities in the evening. Tables with Ludo and other games are kept in the activity room. There should be a complementary breakfast. I don't recommend others to opt for membership.
