Nice stay with family. The view from the room is really awesome. Very spacious room with all the facilities. Everything is satisfactory. The only disappointment is food. It is very costly. Per meal cost is Rs1200+ tax. per person but the taste and variety of non-veg items are very less. There's no nearby restaurant, so you don't have other options.

I am member from last 5 years but day by day Club Mahindra service is degrading. For Munnar there is No parking space, approach road is very bad. They claim as 5 star but service is not at par with 3 star. No toiletries available. Food is very costly. No night guard or watchman from Safety point of view. Overall not a pleasant experience. Not at all recommended.

The view from the rooms and the restaurants are amazing. Long views of the tea gardens, the lake, the mountains and the valley. Just looking at it is absolutely relaxing. The team is very helpful to arrange local sightseeing trips but you can also check out the guides right outside the property gate. You should carry an umbrella if you visit during the rains as the resort doesn't have umbrellas for guests. Check out the weather forecast in advance. The food is great and with a wide spread at the buffet. The barbeque is also pretty good. The chef and the staff seek feedback to know if you like the food. Being a hill station the live dosa may not always be upto the mark but I recommend ordering it later after 9am. The activity centre has limited activities and a lot of them are paid activities. However you can play a few basic games for no charge like foosball, carrom and chess. Overall the stay, the adventure and the food makes it a memorable trip.

The resort is about 19 kms away from the main town. The road to the resort is one of the best in south India. You will pass various vantage points and a waterfall too. Sadly thats where all the good things end. The last 3 kms to the resort is in bad shape, your vehicle will cry for help. Once you reach the resort, you will cry for help. The staff is friendly but not helpful. You have to pay for breakfast also and you will as there is no other decent place nearby to eat. So, the prices are also very high. The resort itself is old property and not many rooms (1 BR) have a good view. No one tells you that when you book. The room i was allotted was next to the water treatment plant with a continuos motor sound and a light shining into the room in nights. The resort manager who was supposed to meet us to show the property never showed up. The restaurants are crowded always and service is slow. Overall a place you should avoid. There are many good places near to the town which will give you a better experience.

Great location. Its close to Tea plantation. Building is beautiful & staffs also good . Good service . Room was also neat. We went for a jeep tour to nearby places with group of people & it was interesting .

Rooms are ok, but the view is good. Food is average Approach road condition is bad Spa service was great. Akash Raju, the therapist has done a great job for me Housekeeping services were not prompt and had to give many reminders

The experience at the hotel lake view was quite below average because of these few points :- 1) On day one when we arrived the guy who delivered luggage was the to rude to us, like when I asked him to just wait for a minute before unloading luggage he just started to bang luggage on ground. 2) On calling room services 2-3 times I got delivery of certain things. 3) On 30/10/2023 night the lift was stuck on some floor even asking 3-4 times on reception desk they were continuously ignoring. 4) Lastly the problem with every club Mahindra hotel is it has a mix kitchen and being a pure Jain it's biggest red flag for me to consume in hotel where both are served.
