Slightly short of 5* as the road outside should be cleaned by them as it is just outside the main gates of the complex. They should examine their wifi as I had a lot of problems keeping connected to the net. The frequency of loosing network was unacceptable. Rest of the facilities were wonderful. Would surely go again.

The best a member getsall are given. Food is something I want to give 5 /5. Tripolia Pol n Hawa Mahal karjet are walkbpe for someone who njoy walking a coupke of miles

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Rohit at the reception. Delicious food& a big variety. Calm area, but close to the city and sights. Definitely would recommend :)

While it misses the club Mahindra touch, the hotel is decent. Many rooms have windows on the inside so no view. The location though is realy where it sucks. Since the premises is small, if you go out it is not clean, open drainage, you can't even walk on the road.

Old property. The washroom door doesn't close properly. Ac not working properly. Rooms are small for a studio apartment. Not as per Mahindra Standards.

Overall experience is average.Rooms was not spacious for the money .Staff service is not so good .No proper response from staff.But it's a centre for all the attractions to cover. Morning breakfast was good and also the transport arrangements was good and on time.Could improve more on providing food service.

Beautiful place, full of activities. Bar is good, food is delicious, very courteous staff.

Extremely disappointed. Not Club Mahindra standards for sure. Being a member since 2017; have stayed in Club Mahindra properties both within and outside India. However, this experience was horrendous. Had terrible issues with housekeeping here. I think the team is understaffed. Warm housekeeping staff, however rooms are not clean for hours when asked to. Had booked a 1BR, obviously it is meant for 4 adults (we were 3 adults with a kid). The room had 1 tiny bottle of body lotion, are we supposed to share it for our proposed 3 day stay? No shampoo. Why?? Positive paint - only food. Food and restaurant staff was awesome. Spread was absolutely a delight. We had booked our stay for 3 nights. But due to several issues we checked out after 2 nights. Definitely a show down!!
