Club Mahindra Resort - Emerald Palms, Goa - Resort hotel in Varca, Benaulim - South Goa, India

Beautiful resort with access to varca beach.... Well kept! Not very big fan of their restaurant... one would get better places to explore food outside the resort... if one doesn't have a access to cab or pvt vehicle reaching here or staying would b difficult as it's far away from city... overall our family had good time at the resort

Rooms are spacious and service was prompt. Food was good and could get better. Parking was tight and there was no valet service for guests. No assistance to handle baggage. I literally had to wait for their guests ahead of me to clear the way and was the situation for someone behind me. Overall, it did not give me the 5-star feeling.

Club Mahindra... Name only is sufficient for the quality. The property Emerald is located almost 15min drive from Madgaon or 10 min from Colva junction. The premise is of almost 30 acre housing a big reception cum lounge, 3 restaurant, swimming pool and villa type accomodation, spa, gym and indoor kid club house. Food served in the restaurant is Buffet system and good variety, both diet friendly as well as exotic dishes. The property gives quite and calm experience and very suitable for people who prefer calm atmosphere.

Club Mahindra is running a scam where they give fake gift cards to tourists around their nearby resorts. We wasted 3-4 hours our time listening to their promotional presentation. They asked us to make impromptu decision for joining their membership. We refused, as we were not interested at that moment. We got 3D/2N luxury stay in one of club Mahindra resorts from the gift cards. Their representative Priyanka Singh said that we will recieve e-voucher regarding the same on our email id within 24 hours. As of now, we haven't received anything. They even took our gift cards so we are left with nothing. Multiple people are facing the same problem. This was totally a scam.

Rooms are good. Comfortable bed. Balcony very small. Initially they gave us room in a building where renovation work is going on. Then changed to a better one. No beach access. Have to walk to the beach. We used the spa service. Kadambani is just too good. Very efficient.

I am a karma member.. and came to club Mahindra through RCI exchange. Honestly the rooms are pretty average and little old and may be even run down but for the price I paid I can't complain. Slowly bas I stayed for 6 days the property grew over me and the service was pit pat ... And very good and prompt . The staff was amazing... Specially somnath and there was one very smiling girl fair I honestly forgot her name but they both were amazing. All in all I had a great experience over here ...

I came here with friends for a get together. The location is very good. Good view of nature. The service was very prompt, staff are very polite. The food was good. The property is very good for family visit, it has swimming pool and also activities room. overall enjoyed my stay here.

Amazingly designed property. Well thought of for a luxurious vacation. It's starting to age now but still the rooms and other amenities are well maintained. The services and the amenities are really good with very warm and welcoming staff. Had amazing expirience.
