The location is a bit far from the city, I was not able to even get a paracetamol. The hotel is good . Quite expensive food but overall a good experience. The staff is excellent very co-operative understanding and helpful. They have their own tours and travel which I would recommend everyone to use which is best and reliable

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Club Mahindra Resort in Dwarka, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The resort is situated a bit far from the city, and one might find it challenging to easily secure transportation, especially rickshaws, to visit the temple or explore the local area. However, if you're seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, the serene surroundings make up for the distance. The rooms at Club Mahindra are spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is cooperative and ensures that guests have a pleasant stay. The availability of parking space is a plus for those traveling by car. The resort boasts a swimming pool, a well-equipped club house, and an indoor play area for both kids and adults. The inclusion of games like air hockey, carrom, chess, and pool adds to the recreational options. The on-site restaurant, Jeeman, offers a pleasant dining experience with a nice ambiance and attentive service. While the buffet may not be extremely elaborate, the food quality is commendable. However, some guests might find the prices a bit on the higher side, considering the range of options available. Excellent. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Parking, gardens and swimming pools are also bigger in size. Very good atmosphere and ambience.

Everything else was amazing, the rooms, the food, the view. But service was not good. The staff was not polite. I mean most of the staff, whether restaurant or room service. We reached back at hotel from temple Darshan late, by 10.30 pm as our Pandit was getting puja and Daan done at the temple. On reaching the restaurant, when we requested for food, the main person at reception spoke rudely that we are late. We tried explaining about our delay but he kept saying don't make excuses, temple closes at9pm. We were quite shocked at the manner in which he spoke to us.

During our stay we had most of our meals at the Jeeman restaurant. Huge praise for Shersingh and Monti who gave personal attention to every guest and their needs. Both displayed a high level of politeness, patience and efficiency.

Best experience for a weekend stay. Good staff and service. Used the pool and gym. Food is decent but overpriced. However you will enjoy the stay.

The corridor was smelling. And need maintains. Pool was not clean. No spa. No star resorts. Staff are good but better management

Very disappointed with my recent visit. Property is not clean at all after paying 7500 we got tent with lots of dust. When I asked why not this clean they said staff is not available so. What a answer. Will definitely not visit again
