Smallest property of club Mahindra. Nothing great about property. Staff is polite and helpful. They arranged a better room with good view on our request. Also chef made a small cake for my birthday. All in all a good experience because of the staff.

For club Mahindra members better utilize your holiday at some other location and if at all coming to Dharamshala then book some where else ... it's More of 2/3 star hotel property than a resort .. Pros. 1. Five star for staff behaviour and co operation be it reception or kitchen .. 2. cleanliness every where .. be it room, lobby or any other corner Cons. 1. Room are poorly lit 2. Very small property in comparison to other resorts of club 3. There are other good resorts around which are better placed in terms or location and mountain view 4. Didn't even provide microwave and utensils in kitchen .. though they have fairly big kitchen in the apartment we had but surprisingly nothing was provided except tea kettle

Nowhere near club Mahindra standard. Rooms need a major make over. Buffet service was next to hopeless as the breakfast buffet wasn't in place till 08:45 !! Location is good & property can certainly be upgraded from shabby to Luxury category !! After being to quite a few Club Mahindra properties,this was certainly the most poor built property.

A Home away from Home with good facilities and amenities. Staff is well behaved and cultured, Food is good but in terms of taste ,it requires a pinch of exclusivity. I had the pleasure of staying at Club Mahindra Dharamshala recently, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The property is situated in a serene location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it an ideal retreat for those seeking tranquility amidst nature's beauty. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm smiles and a hospitable welcome from the staff, which set the tone for my entire stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was more than happy to assist with any queries or requests throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and helpfulness truly added to the overall experience. The property itself is impressive, surrounded by lush greenery and offering stunning views of the Himalayas. The large garden area with a badminton court and a kids' playing area provided ample opportunities for recreation and relaxation. It was a pleasure to spend evenings strolling through the well-maintained gardens or engaging in friendly matches of badminton with fellow guests. The resort boasts two restaurants, both offering a diverse range of delicious dishes. The food was a delightful blend of local and international cuisines, catering to various tastes. Whether it was a hearty breakfast to start the day or a sumptuous dinner to conclude it, the dining experience was always satisfying. One of the standout features of Club Mahindra Dharamshala was the availability of river rafting bookings directly from the property. This made it incredibly convenient for adventure enthusiasts like me to explore the thrill of river rafting without the hassle of searching for tour operators elsewhere. Furthermore, the resort frequently hosted cultural activities, providing guests with a glimpse into the local culture and traditions. These activities were engaging and allowed us to immerse ourselves in the essence of Dharamshala. The Dharamshala Club Mahindra is never going to be their property which is known for their prized location or their room dimensions.Instead it is the one with the best service of all Club Mahindra's I have been to. Such sweet and humble staff which went out of their way to help is always a great part of the vacation which made our stay very comfortable. The property is 10 mins drive away from Dharamshala and 20-25 mins from Mcleodganj and right on the main road . There are some very good bakeries around this location which one should try out . Food is expensive here so we ended up eating out most of the time .Overall would love to come back just for the people working here!

I had booked a room in this resort for 3 days ( 4th June- 6th June, 2023). First of all being a club mahindra member since 2014, I have travelled many of the club mahindra resorts. Before checking in at this resort, I was thinking the property will be very huge, but after checking in what I saw.. The property is very small. Once you enter the property you will notice that reception and the restaurant are attached. I saw this for the first time in Club Mahindra resort. Now let's talk about the food. The rates of each & every dish is so expensive. I will suggest that go for A la carte or In room dining. Don't prefer a buffet as the dishes tastes very average as compared to club mahindra standards. If you don't want to have food in this resort.. no need to worry as there are many other dhabas and restaurants near the resort. Try momos and chowmein if you like. Room service was quick. The room service staff was so polite and nice.. This resort is located on main highway. Dharamshala is almost 5 kms away from this resort.

A wonderful resort, as always of Club Mahindra. Obviously due to its location in the hills it is a rather small hotel as compared to others. Rooms were great. We had booked a studio bedroom in which there is a choice of mountain facing or a normal room. The mountain facing room was rather smaller than the normal room. The morning and evening view of the resort is truly spectacular. The buffet which they offer is rather small, and did not have great food as compared to the price. Also the al carte takes about 1 hour to come you your table. Nevertheless the start was amazing and I would definitely recommend you to stay there
