Club Mahindra Resort - Danish Villa, Ooty, Tamil Nadu - Resort hotel in Ooty - The Nilgiris, India

This is one of the most homely experience yet a very well maintained resort that I have visited. The stuff is very courteous. The food is delicious and customized and the garden and surrounding area is beautifully maintained. They have one several awards for the flowers that they grow in the garden. The view is beautiful. You can see clouds dropping down on the mountains which makes the view very scenic. For old people with knee pain, make sure you ask for a ground floor room. For going on top floors there are no lifts, though this is not a big issue since this is not a high rise building. This is just a two to three floor resort.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Location wise, easily accessible. Small property and very well maintained. Rooms are too good. The sunrise and the sunset view from the property is awesome. The foods are very well served to your rooms and it is tasty. The restaurant is just behind the reception and the ambiance is great. Staff members are very helpful. The recommendation given by Mr Prakash regarding our outing trip is highly appreciated. Overall it is amazing

The uphill view and the floral garden there is one magical experience. A great relaxation for anyone who wants a peaceful weekend getaway. Food is okayish,not that great(especially veg). Shakespeare - Resort Manager was kind enough to attend our queries when required & made our staycation hassle-free.

Our stay in Danish Villa was very pleasant, thanks to the entire staff who were very attentive and gave a homely feeling right from the time we checked in. Food was awesome and custom made (less oil, less spicy) which suited the kids also. Special thanks to Mr. Ravi who was very helpful explaining to us the places to visit and guiding us. Adding some activities for kids and some more equipment to kids play area will be nice. Overall the stay was good and memorable.

One of the best places if you seek a calm and peaceful holiday time with best views of nature in Ooty. Best for Peaceful and unhurried time with above average services and great staff.

Good view, went to check this place as we were staying at Durby Green. Although rooms are less, for us, this resort seemed more appealing since we mostly do site seeing and return to room just to relax and unwind. The view is better and less activities as compared to Durby Green. Good choice for families like ours or for ones who prefer quieter surroundings and less activities.

Small but a beautiful resort tucked a small distance away from the town with a wonderful view of the valley & the hills around. You get to see beautiful sunrise from your room & your holiday can't get more peaceful than this. Very friendly staff around will make your stay most comfortable.
