Club Mahindra Resort - Acacia Palms, Madgaon, Goa - Resort hotel in Margao, Colva - South Goa, India

A friend gifted me a stay here and to be honest I am not impressed. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been, the amenities were pretty non-existent, and don't even get me started on the pool, it was so dirty that my son got rashes on his entire body just after 15 minutes in the pool. The location was also not the best, it was through a very crowded point and entering and leaving everyday was a pain. Besides the beach is the worst, crowded, littered and overall dirty. The only thing good there was there humble and helpful staff, which made all attempts to make you feel at home. On top of that the sales staff kept trying to sell me a membership repeatedly, but I outright refused. It's a total letdown, I could have gotten much better properties in that range.

No valet parking also, car parking is a mess and the place where we park is very dirty. Don't go bored with images which is shown in the website. Mostly paid activities. As compare other resort high price.

It's quite an old resort, there are much better ones in the same price range. Rooms seriously need some revamping, especially the air-conditioning. Service was really good. Very polite and courteous staff Breakfast and dinner were good. Nice spread and nothing to qualm about the taste too

Property is very very small and it's an old property.

Unworthy travel all the way to property only to face rude and impolite staff. Spent 50k for trip with family and kids, but had to cancel check in at front desk when reached at night due to unsupportive staff who wanted to just cover their inefficiencies. The worst experience of our life time.. If Google should start negative ratings too, this'll be high on the list

Visited with family and rooms were good and enjoyed. The only thing that bothers me is that we opted for two meal plans food menu is very limited with only a few options and wasn't worth it. Comparatively to in room dinning is much better tastes good

Beware of the rude front desk staff. They are least bothered about customer welfare. They cannot manage such a small property properly. One of the worst club Mahindra resorts. Sea View is obstructed. Very small property. No in resort parking. No direct access to seashore. Avoid if possible.
